In Our Article of "In Search For The Truth",
I would like to highlight this weeks Part (30) as an outline of what
I, as a Parent of one of these (3) Young Men, would like to ask and
be answered, accordingly, by Mrs. Vaughan.
As all of you know, the L.C.S.D. DID NOT ask Mrs. Vaughan, serious
or factual questions, in any of their interview, with her.
This week, I would like to ask questions, as the Parent of:
******Daniel S. Foster******.
~~~Born: September 9, 1979, and who became an Angel on: March 26.
2004~~~these many questions.
My Son Daniel S. Foster became an Angel, ........... when he was a
mere, 24 years old~!!!!!!
Yet no one from the LEE COUNTY SHERIFF DEPARTMENT, the D. A. OFFICE
OF LEE COUNTY, the ALABAMA ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE, OR ALABAMA
BUREAU OF INVESTIGATIONS, asked Mrs. Vaughan who was the only person
available, to witness her husbands actions on March 26, 2004, in
regards to these (3) Young Men's, tragic and horrible demise!
This in itself is horrendous, but then to have NO ONE, ask the
MURDERER'S SPOUSE, any critical and /or important questions,
concerning the fate of Daniel, Scooter, or Jason~~to me seems
senseless, irresponsible, and heartless.
Why was Mrs. Vaughan NOT EVER ASKED, questions that she alone would
know the answers to, especially since the crime was committed on her
property, while she was outside~~during the afternoon of a beautiful
Spring Day, and especially being....................................
her HUSBAND, was the only named suspect, in this triple homicide?
I would have expected, the Lee County Sheriff Department to at
least, QUESTIONED the wife of, the accused murderer, wouldn't YOU?
If this crime had been committed elsewhere in the United States,
anyone would have been questioned repeatedly, for this type of
horrible, senseless, no-motive crime~!!!
So why wasn't this done by the Lee County Sheriff's Office, or one
of these higher Alabama Law Agencies?
In Mrs. Vaughan's interview, topics covered by Lee County
Investigators included what breakfast items were consumed, and what
was being watched on television the morning of the crime.
No one bothered to feel the importance, to ask questions concerning my Son Daniel, Scooter or Jason's homicides, that WOULD LINK THE
SOLE SUSPECT, MR. VAUGHAN, when questioning this man's wife, Jo
Ann Vaughan!
When the Family Members of these Victims, asked to be allowed to
speak with Mrs. Vaughan, we were told no, and threatened with
arrest, based on harassment charges.
The following are some of the questions, I personally would like to
sit down, and ask Mrs. Jo Ann Vaughan, Mother to Mother, heart to
heart.
This woman has also had a Son, who died under "suspicious
circumstances" and lost an infant Son, as well.
Surely, there would be compassion in her heart, to relay any
additional information to the families of: Daniel, Scooter and
Jason, would YOU not think?
Mrs. Vaughan, has much in common with the (3) Mothers of these (3)
Young Men. Mrs. Vaughan has as well, suffered tragic loss as we (3)
Mother's have, in loosing not (1) of her Children, but actually,
(2). As a Mother who has lost (2) of her Children, it seems to me,
if her husband was guilty, she would have insisted to be present to
the (3) Boy's Family Members and Parents, during the Lee County
Sheriff Department Family Meetings.
Below, in no particular order of relevance, are the questions I, as
Daniel S. Foster's Mother, would be so appreciative to have answered
by, Jo Ann Vaughan!
1. Was Bernard extremely uneasy at any point, on the day of March
26, 2004?
2. Was Bernard angry, on March 26, 2004, at these (3) Young Men, or
at anyone else, for that matter?
3. Was Bernard angry or distraught in any way, after you saw him,
after the shots were fired?
4. How long of a period of time elapsed, before, during, and
after, the shots were fired, that you did not KNOW the
whereabouts, of your husband, Bernard?
5. Did your husband Bernard ever admit to you, in any type of way,
that HE and/or Others, murdered these (3) Young Men?
6. Did you see Mr. Vaughan leave your residence with a weapon, of
any kind, and go down to where these (3) Young Men, were riding
their 4-wheelers?
7.When your husband returned to see/speak with you, after the shots
were fired, did he have different clothes on, then before the
shots? If so, what were they?
8. Did your husband want you to go to Columbus to the Doctor, with
him?
We were told he specifically told you, HE DID NOT!
If not, WHY? Did Mr. Vaughan usually go alone, to Columbus?
9. Did you take the Investigators to the storage unit your husband
had, in Columbus Ga.?
We were told by one Investigator ,You did take them to show them
the storage unit, and by another Investigator, you did NOT~!!!
The Lee County Sheriff Department found it by themselves, and you
were not there, when they opened this one unit rented by, your
husband.
10. Why do You feel Mrs. Vaughan, the Lee County Sheriff Department
DID NOT ASK YOU QUESTIONS, that would give insight into these (3)
Homicides, but only asked you questions, that were of no real
importance?
11. With your husband of several years being the prime suspect, did
you find this odd, Lee County Sheriff Department DID NOT ASK more
important and fact involving questions, regarding your husbands
whereabouts, his leaving the murder scene, his description of
clothing, his taking a weapon from the home, or his physical
condition after the shots were fired, etc?
12. Did the (3) Young Men, have permission to be on your property
this day, or any other day previous, to this encounter?
13. Did Jason Barr or Daniel Foster, EVER ASSAULT YOUR HUSBAND,
BREAK INTO YOUR HOME, AND STEAL PART OF YOUR HUSBANDS GUN
COLLECTION, as we, the Family Members, were told by Investigator
Jordan.
If so, why was there NO REPORT, or any other Lee County Sheriff
Department involvement, when this supposed crime, took place?
14. Did you find it odd, your husband Bernard DID NOT BECOME A
SUSPECT, til after his "supposed suicide"?
15. Why do you think that your husband had told someone that if he
was found with a bullet in his head, to know it wasn't suicide?
Why have you never questioned this fact? You have access to the
same records I do.
16. Did you.. or did you ..have any knowledge of the storage shed,
that held a variety of guns? Stolen truck and boat?
17. What was the reasoning for Ralph Hall to take you to his house
on the day of the murders? And then a little while later....walk you
back home?
18. Did you in fact tell your co-workers that if you left
Mr.Vaughn, he would kill you and hide your body where it would never be found?
19. How do you think that someone with a "mental disorder"...(.as
people have said your husband had) could be, a pillar of the
community?
In the church, in the community, and even regarding Sheriff Jones'
re-election campaign.
20. Did the Lee County Sheriff Department ever tell you, NOT TO
COME TO A FAMILY MEETING, or that we the Family Members, or Friends
of the Boy's, would personally harm you, or desecrate your husbands
grave?
21. Where in fact did you find your husband that early morn? The
backyard? Inside his truck? Beside his truck? And how close was your
bedroom to that area? You heard no shots? How long had he worked in
his office that night? And do you know what he was working on?
22. How many times in the past have you talked to Wanda? Or any
of your neighbors? Have you even tried to contact any of the
parents of these boys?
Not even to say"I'm sorry"? WHY???
IF...I were convinced that my husband had killed 3 boys... in cold
blood...I would be on my hands and knees, telling them how sorry I
was.
Were you told NOT to have any contact with them? And if this is
true, by whom?
23. Don't you think it strange that in the suicide note left to
you, that your own husband signed his FULL name, besides his nick
name, when the note was addressed to ONLY Yourself?
And was it typed? Hand written? On disc? What?
24. DO YOU ACTUALLY BELIEVE ,THAT YOUR HUSBAND OF MANY YEARS,
COMMITTED THESE MURDERS,and if so....WHY? Did he admit this, Did
you see him somehow "look guilty", involving these (3) Young Me's
cold-blooded murders?
25. Do you want to clear your husbands name? Or just let the
L.C.S.O. get away with a TOTALLY MISHANDLED investigation, and try
to cover up the truth?
26. Did you ever fear that because the murders happened on your
property and possibly by your husband, that you would be sued and
loose your home?
27. Has the Lee County Sheriff Department or anyone else, offered
you money, or other things, to NOT DISCLOSE, what the truth actually
is and what happened on your property, March 26, 2004?
28. How were you awakened, the night of Bernard's "supposed
suicide"? By the gunshots, or something else?
29. How did you determine Bernard was dead, and not dying, after
you found him, laying outside of your home?
30. Why did you call Ralph Hall, to come over to investigate your
husbands dead body, before calling 911, or some other Lee County or
State of Alabama Agency?
31. Did you find it odd, Your husband Bernard DID NOT BECOME A
SUSPECT, in this triple homicide, UNTIL AFTER HE COMMITTED
HIS "supposed suicide"?
These are just a sample of the questions I would have for Mrs.
Vaughan, if given the opportunity to speak directly with her. Now
I'd like to add this invitation~!!!!
To the Parents of these (3) Boy's, The Readers of The Weekly News,
and also to the Beauregard Community:
I extend this invitation to ALL OF YOU, to PLEASE ask your own
questions publicly, under my article for this weeks, "In Search For
The Truth". (Part 30)
I further extend this invitation to ANYONE/EVERYONE, WHO HAS THE
POSSIBLE ANSWERS, TO THESE QUESTIONS, to also post them
publicly, under this article in Part 30, of "In Search For The
Truth".
Please bear in mind, any answers/solutions to these questions, that
are received will be VERIFIED AND DOCUMENTED, for the sole purpose
of, the RESOLUTION OF THESE (3) YOUNG MEN'S CASE~!!!!!
This does not mean you may not anomalously give your
questions/answers regarding Daniel, Scooter's, and Jason's Case,
privately!

I would greatly appreciate a meeting with Mrs. Jo Ann Vaughan.
Although I did ask for this to happen, the Lee County Sheriff
Department did NOT allow ANY PARENT, FAMILY MEMBER, or Friend, to
say anything to the wife, of the sole suspect.
Please add Publicly, your questions if you were given this
opportunity, to speak with Mrs. Vaughan, as well.

Other Agencies, as well as Higher Media Associations, are presently
looking at these articles concerning the (3) Boy's.
All of your comments are important, even if you do not agree, with

We can't always control ourselves let alone try to control anothers life, there would have only been so much JoAnn could know.
I also find it hard to believe that Bernard would bring harm to some young men when he himelf endured the painful loss of his own son and infant earlier on in his lifetime. (I am assuming those were his children too, but even if they weren't - he was still well aware how the deaths of Jo Ann's children affected her life and those who loved them).
I am also curious IF Bernard in fact did rent the unit or if it belonged to someone else and was just in "his name?"
Jo Ann may have been threatened if she spoke or answered questions pertaining to this case which could explain her absense in aiding any of you, now.
Godspeed for answers to this massacre I pray.

I agree 100% with you Michellsmama....someone who has endured the death of a child...I dont think....could even imagine killing three young men. The bottom line is ...you do what you have to do to survive, and JoAnn is a survivor,with all she has gone through. In my opinion....I dont think she is a frail "little old lady". You have to be a strong person to have a husband who is a lifer in the military, loose not one...but two children, and then loose your husband.
I also agree that she probably was told not to say anything to anyone about her husbands death. After all......Ralph Hall did escort her to his house after the boys murders.....and who knows what was said in that time. And I am not saying she does know anything.....but....to ask such ridiculous questions,such as...what did you have for breakfast and what did you watch on tv....seems like they didnt want to ask her any pertinate questions. Ones she MAY know the answers to.
In any other state she would have been questioned THOROUGHLY as to her whereabouts and that of her husbands the day of the boys murders and the night of her husbands supposed suicide. All in all it gives us all something to think about.

I am writing this, in the hopes that it will in some way influence you, to end this barrage aimed at your agency. My sincere desire, is that you will find it in your heart, to take a few minutes, to sit down with the parents involved, and set the record straight. Help them, to understand what took place during this event, so that rumor and misinformation does not prevail.I realize, that you have personal doubts about me and my background. I know also, that you have had a good laugh with your boys about it as well. I offered previously to communicate with you through NLETS, using ORI information. In that way you could be assured of my credentials, and give some credence to what I feel, is a legitimate concern of the boys parents.
I became a Utah Peace officer in February 1974. I've handled a bunch of cases since then. I've made mistakes. I've learned from them. Even when I blew it, I've always tried to meet with the family, and answer honestly, EVEN if I've made mistakes. That is all you need to do, to set this record straight. A simple task..... to resolve all of this gnashing of teeth. It sounds like the right thing to do....doesn't it, Sir....Lawman

I agree totally with your statement, Mrs. Vaughan would be overwhelmed, with this tragedy concerning these (3) Young Men.
I wish NO HARM, or any other bad wishes towards, Mrs. Vaughan.
I know in my heart, she too.....has experienced this horrendous experience, of loosing her Children.....and this I wish on NO ONE......EVEN THOSE who I feel, have done wrong to Myself. and My Family.
I too, find it very hard to believe, Bernard Vaughan of this hideous, and horrendous act~!!!!!!!
Bernard Vaughan stated, he KNEW HIS OLDEST CHILD'S DEATH, was very suspicious, and also SHARED THE NAMES of those, he felt responsible in causing his own Son's, demise.
Mr. Vaughan named those involved with the suspicious circumstances, to a witness who has a statement within, these (3) Young Men's files.
I COULD NOT POSSIBLY THINK, this man to be so horrible, to wish this harm, and horrible emptiness, onto other Families, and Their Children..........as he himself, had already experienced, with his own Family, and to his OWN CHILD~!!!!!!
These Children were Mr. and Mrs. Vaughan's, but as you have commented....it would make NO DIFFERENCE, if they were his, hers, or adopted............this is who these Children, (I feel)
feel Their own Father, to be.
As far as what I have found out,
and what has been told to the Families~~~~~~~~
Bernard's name, WAS NOT ON THE LEASE AGREEMENT.....
the storage unit(s) were supposedly leased by a "prostitute"~!
(I think this is what we were told, I do not have this information in my notes)
I think Family Member's were also informed, on the rental agreement, the address was also falsified with an address of, a hotel in Columbus Georgia.
Bernard ties into all of this, by Officials saying his name was on the insurance part, (of the rental agreement) for the storage unit, and supposedly Bernard came in the same day each month, and paid cash only, for the rental monies owed.
I agree with you also MichellesMaMa, that it could be very likely, Mrs. Vaughan was also threatened~!!!!!!!
Lee County Officials DO NOT WANT ANY OF US.....TO HAVE ADDITIONAL CONTACT, or actually ANY CONTACT~~~~with each other. The Sheriff, and especially Investigators Jordan and VanJackson, TRIED OVERLY HARD.....to make Family Members, be suspicious of each other, and tried to break the Families apart as a Group, because then.......with out the entire Group being represented, it would make any type of chance for the (3) Boy's Case, to ever be re-opened. I am sure Sheriff Jones, and his Investigative Team, have also informed the Governor, The Attorney General, and any one else of Power in Alabama, the fact of, "MY MENTAL CONDITION IS HORRENDOUS, and that I am CRAZY......DO NOT EVEN PAY ANY ATTENTION TO HER".
And for Mrs Vaughan, it makes perfect sense for her too, to be kept away from any of the Families, as this could result in all the untruths, to be finally acknowledge, of her husband~!!!!!!!
If Mrs. Vaughan did possibly contact us, I am sure, just as we were threatened by the LCSD, HARRASSMENT CHARGES would be filed, and arrests would be made~!!!!!!!!!!
Mrs. Vaughan, had lost (2) of her Children already, one to a possible set-up, with Law Enforcement held as the "likely accountable", and then her husbands death to also be suspicious, much in the very same manner, her oldest Child's life had ended~!!!!!!! SEEMS VERY COINCIDENTIAL.......TOO MUCH, Don't you all agree???????
I am sure this woman is TERRIFIED, and I also feel Mrs. Vaughan knows the answers, to so many of the contradictions and deceptions, by Sheriff Jones, and the entire Lee County Sheriff Department, Investigative Team.

This is too hard to be a feeble and frail Mother, of a Child who has had a suspicious Investigation.
I know for a fact, even myself who I thought was pretty strong-willed, GREW EVEN MORE DEFIANT AND BOLD, STRONG AND COURAGOUS, after the senseless murder of My Angel Daniel~!!!!!!

SOME of THE CHANGED information includes, a comment deleted by Mr. Helms stating, Mr. Vaughan's comment of "Sheriff Jones being on the take for drug money", and also Scooter's autopsy stated "suicide" rather then "homicide".
Which homicide, is what my copy from Al. Forensics, has always stated. D.A. Abbett stated when Sheri asked about this, if she would look further into Scooter's file, the LCSD had corrected this to now state, homicide....
(it was corrected, but why did it ever say suicide, as cause of death)
*****LAWMAN'S ANSWER: One of the many mistakes and inconsistencies, surrounding
this investigation.
This is only (2) of the instances, but it goes to many others that were different from the original FINISHED/CLOSED CASE FILES....I reviewed in 2005.
Also, You can re-read Article 28, "In Search For The Truth", and see some of the other discrepancies, Sheri explained throughout her interview.
Also, D.A. Abbett admitted to Sheri:
The Grand Jury Proceedings NEVER HAD ANY TRANSCRIPTS RECORDED!
This is impossible, correct Lawman?
****LAWMAN'S ANSWER: My personal experience is that a court reporter types a transcript, but who knows in Alabama
Do you not ALWAYS HAVE transcripts dictated, when a Grand Jury is in session?
****LAWMAN'S ANSWER: I thought they always kept a record.
Abbett stated it was a waste of tax-payers money, to take this Case, to the Grand Jury~!!!!!!!
(meaning the (3) Boy's Case)
Sheri also stated Abbett said "There are NO GRAND JURY TRANSCRIPTS"~!!!!
(these transcripts, this same man, (Abbett) told me, were "sealed forever, by the officiating Judge, who was overseeing, the Grand Jury
Proceedings, for the (3) Boy's Case)
There was also a statement by a witness who Mr. Vaughan told, "If you ever find me dead with a bullet in my head, it would not be suicide".
This comment WAS NOT PRESENT when I read the records.
These are a few of the newest contradictions, by the LCSD and the D.A. of Lee County, Alabama, Mr. Abbett.
What is your opinion, now that I have given you this information, Lawman?
****LAWMAN'S ANSWER: The same as it has been from the beginning...that this case was either botched due to ineffective investigation, or they are covering their butts.

responsibilities of all of her medications, her therapy, and her care, on my part......... has made this week.........kinda hectic, to say the very least.
Also, My (3) Men-Folk, did an OK job of my housework while I was gone for (5) weeks, but I still have one hell of a mess, plus trying to get MaMa
set up in her room, putting up the Christmas tree, go on the decorations.......maybe I'll make it before Christmas gets here....... are still not done,
and then......there is the Santa Presents, yet to get, for my (2) littleones.......
I am soo sorry Lawman, please do not feel I am ignoring all of your hard work and efforts for the (3) Boy's and me.

I also want to thank Lawman. He really has put some serious thought into the murders. I just hope and pray that L.C.S.O. will accept his offer. If they screwed up....ADMIT IT GUYS!!! On a lighter note.....I went riding today.....no mishaps...thankfully....we had a perfect ride.Three(3)of us went to the Van Fleet Trails and rode for about 4 hrs. Gave me time to think about how I'm gonna get out of going to Ga. to see my husbands mom at the end of this week. I dont like that 6 hr. drive....especially when I have to do the driving.

I talked to her tonight, and SHE PROMISED ME, she is going to her Doctor, tomorrow~!!!!! (Mon.)
But.........I agree, she should not have even thought or hesitated with these type of symptoms, that were going on last weekend, to immediately go to the E.R.~!!!!!

The reasons being:
1. These Officials, are NOT HONEST, and law-abiding, as Lawman is......so how could they possibly bullshit their way out of, Lawman's questioning them?
2. You would have to somewhat humble yourself, to allow another Officer, to criticize your actions, concerning a Case..............
Go on this particular Case, concerning these (3) very innocent, young, and law-abiding, Young Men~!!!!!
3. These Officials are so self centered, slick, and so full of deception there is NO WAY, ANY OF THEM COULD POSSIBLY TELL THE TRUTH..........They could NEVER be interviewed by an honest Official, because they can't keep their own lies, and deceptions about the Boy's Case, straight~~~~~~for several minutes~~~~~~~go on amongst themselves, while talking to Lawman~!!!!!!
All the LCSD Officials, had their own theories and also their OWN ACCOUNT OF WHAT HAPPENED, and because of this,
is why Family Members caught on to all the outright lies, and
misleading information and contradictions,the Sheriff and the D.A. were telling Parents.
Also, the Investigators involved, NEVER AGREED ON ANY FACTS, concerning this Case, NOT EVEN with each other, (2) days in a row, while talking to Family Members and/or Parents~~~~~
There is NO POSSIBLE WAY, these same Officials, could be in direct contact with someone as Lawman~~~~~~
Lawman would see through the lies, even faster~~~~~then the Parents, Family Members, Friends and Community~~!!!!!!
4. THE LEE COUNTY SHERIFF DEPARTMENT, and all the Officials that are involved with Daniel, Scooter, and Jason's Case, ARE FAR TOOOOO ARROGANT, to be interviewed~~~~go on questioned~~~~by Lawman.
These same Officials would KNOW THEY COULD NOT FOOL~~~~LAWMAN~!!!!!!
I know the Officials would try,and get away with the same deception with Lawman~~~as they did with Us, the Parents.....just to PROVE THEIR ARROGANCE, and STUPIDITY~!!!

I just back, from X-mas shopping, and crime once again is taking its toll. When I checked my messages.....my daughter had called and told me that her boyfriend had been robbed. They took $300 from his wallet and his watch. I remember when my MaMa was really sick when I was little, so we took her presents for Christmas up to the hospital, on Christmas Eve.
After she looked at them, we locked them up in the car, and went back up to say our Goodbyes.......when we got back, someone had broken the window in the car, and stole all of them.
Hell, Dana~!!!!!!!!
This was 40 years ago, but I still remember how horrified I was, someone took my MaMa's Christmas Presents.......especially since she was in the hospital.
Just HOW SICK, or desperate~~~does someone have to be.....to steal someones money and/or presents, especially this time of the Year????
I hope You daughter's reported this to the Police, and they catch this bastard~!!!!

I did not get a chance to call the Discovery Channel's ballistic expert today, Dana. MaMa got really sick today, after we went to the cemetery to decorate Daniel's Christmas tree~!!! I got up here 10 minutes late to get the boy's from school, and then had to come home right away, as she was getting worse. If Mama isn't better tomorrow morning, then I'll be taking her to My Doctor~!!! If she simply over did today, (as she was up on her feet for the last (2) days, all-day) she will be bright and alert tomorrow when she wakes up. Again, I am sorry for not having the timer to call, I just DID NOT HAVE THE TIME!!!!!!!

parents. No I have not ever lost a child, and I thank
God for that! However; I do have a heart, and I do have
feelings, I have been through my fair share of tradigies,
more than I knew I could ever over come and be a
much stronger person because of all of the hurdles I have
been over! There are a few people here in this group that
know all of the heartaches, pain, and troubles I have faced
delt with, learned from the experiences, and tried to move
forward with something learned from each obstacle I have
overcome. Let me tell you some of the issues I have faced
I never ever felt I would get over or be able to move ahead
in life, there were times I wished I could just die and be done
with all of the hurt and the pain I lived with day after day!!
So having said this, I am at a lost of words as to why
Mrs. Vaughan wouldn't ever want to at least tell all of the
parents how very sorry she was that this had happened to them?
I mean after all she did loose 2 of her own children, and therfore;
she knows exactly what these poor parents are going through!
I feel this woman is not a frail woman , not loosing 2 children,
an infant, and later in life a child who is in college around the
same ages of the 3 boys I am guessing? How would she have liked
it if nobody would tell her anything, and if they did , it was nothing
but lies, contradictions, especially nothing "DEFINATE" as to the
situation that caused the tragidy in which including her along with the parents of these 3 boys have all suffered?
Dear Lord have't these poor parents suffered enough Mrs. Vaughan?
What is it that holds you from at least giving each parent your sincere condolences? Are you this heartless that you cannot bring yourself to at least be dignified enough to at least accomplish this?

I agree with a good part of what you are stating to her.
The one thing, you did not mention.....Was the fact:
What if Mrs. Vaughan was also told the lies Myself, and Other Parent's were?
What I am talking about is......
The Parents were told, and then threatened, by Sheriff Jones, and Captain Van Jackson, WE WOULD NOT HAVE CONTACT WITH MRS. VAUGHAN~!!!!!!
We would be arrested for harassment, or worse~!!! (whatever that is suppose to threaten)
So, if the scenario is:
Mrs Vaughan was also threatened as we were to keep quite about all of this, to any of the Families of these (3) Young Men.......and already having a Son who had a "very SUSPICIOUS SUICIDE", and then, a deceased husband, who we have already proven, DID NOT COMMIT SUICIDE, then if she is a person who is already too traumatized to react to These (3) Young Men's Family's, or afraid for her life,
I feel....
MRS. VAUGHAN WOULD BE TOO SCARED, TO CONTACT ANY OF US.
Mrs. Vaughan's Children COULD BE, trying to keep the one parent they have alive, continuing to be ALIVE~~~~~~!!!!!!!
If you were in these Children's shoes, and had already lost a Parent to a very suspicious suicide, and then add a brother also, who their own Father names Police Officials, for being responsible for the (suspicious suicide/actually murder"......maybe this is the only way, the Children of Mrs. and Mr. Vaughan,
CAN TRY AND KEEP THEIR MOM ALIVE?????~~!!!!

This is not what I chose to do.
If put into this situation,
and ALREADY HAVING HAD, (2) STILLBORN CHILDREN AND 7 MISCARRAIGES,
as well as, LOOSIONG MY ANGEL DANIEL........
I WOULD NOT ACT THIS WAY, NOR HANDLE THIS SITUATION, as it has been handled by any of the Vaughan's.
But, Everyone IS NOT THE SAME, nor RESPONDS TO CRISIS SITUATIONS the same.
There are many women who are beaten and battered, (I was once one) who choose to stay in the situation because they can't provide for their own Children, their self esteem tells them they are shit, and stupid, and/or are too afraid to leave because of the fear of retaliation.
I did not leave, because I felt, my Family was too important to loose as a Family Unit.......
Then one day, I figured out, with only myself trying, and my Partner doing anything but try.......it would NEVER GET BETTER, and was only worsening. I did choose to leave then, but I sacrificed the communications with MY (2) OLDEST CHILDREN, for almost (3) years.....
I also broke down, not because of the abuse, but because I could NOT DEAL WITH MY CHILDREN BELIEVING THE LIES, their own Father was telling them, about me~!!!!
I DID QUESTION IF THIS, was what I should of done, when all of this came about, and if I had to do this ALL AGAIN TODAY......
I would do all of the same, I had done 13 years ago.
Even with the loss of communications, from my Children.
But, I AM JUST ONE PERSON, and handled my situation in this way.........
THERE ARE MANY WOMEN WHO CAN'T LERAVE, for many reasons, but this DOES NOT MAKE THEM WRONG, OR WEAK....
it is the decision they made, for themselves.
I love U Village, as my own Sister.
You and I have become Friends for Life, and I'd die for you if I had too.
But on this particular subject, if this is Jo Ann's choice, I can understand.

Today went pretty good with MaMa, her Occupational and Physical therapists came both today, for the first time.

I am learning the how's, the whys, and the what's, just as much as my MaMa, because even though I 've had rehab, I have never broken my leg, go on amputate the top knuckle part of the femur bone........MaMa's biggest problem is: SHE WIILL NOT STOP WALKING, AND DOING THINGDS SHE ISN'T HEALED ENOUGH TO DO. This is why I worry, sooooo much~~~!!!!!
Village told me MaMa's Insurance Medicare, and BC/BS would help pay for a nurse aid, for me to try and catch up on things for a few hours each, in the morning and the nighttime~!!!! I sure in hell need it, as even though it is fairly early, my eyes are blurring and also I drift off while I'm trying to type~~!!!!!!

My comments and questions to Mrs. Vaughn would be how in the world could she have said she heard the shots that cost our children their lives when she was out in the front yard. Okay so that would have been easy she was already in the yard, but she did not hear two shots right outside her own house. I think I would have heard the first shot and got up to investigate. She had already admitted to not sleeping well cause Vaughn had already had the ambulance called to him. She stated that she had been up twice to check on him. Could she not tell that something was wrong with the man that she had been married to for so long. All of this happening within 3 to 4 hours. Two shots right outside your own home and you do not hear it. Then instead of calling to LCSD first you call a Barney Fife. The woman knows more than she would ever tell.
I can not help but think that had the situation been reversed and my child had committed this terrible crime I could not apologize enough to these families and tell them how sorry I was that my child had done this, and offer any assistance to them that I could. Certainly not money because there is not a one of us that would take her damn money just some type of explanation.As I see her from time to time she always seems so happy and carefree. I know that she has done a lot of remodeling to her house and her life goes on as usual. I pray that one day that I will learn to let my life go on as usual, but as for now there is to much unanswered and to much anger so I do not see it in the near future.
I sure hope you are feeling better scootersmom....I was told you have double pnenomia. That was one of my questions....did she not hear the shots right out side her own house?
Honey....I know things are bleak and they dont seem like they will ever be right again....but you WILL be able to move on...TRUST ME. I had another daughter that needed me....and I couldnt turn my back on her. I was in BAD SHAPE.....I crawled into a bottle and didnt come out for A LONG TIME.... one night my precious Amy came to me and told me ...."No mommy....you can't come yet.""You have to take care of sissy." Next thing I remember I was in the bathroom on my knees puking. I had to pull myself up and go on. Just remember to celebrate his life....he wants you to be happy.

I know there are days that Sheri doesn't want to get out of bed, but she does. I know there are days that she doesn't want to keep going, but she does. I know there are days that she just wants to be left alone and have that time for herself to deal with things and I have let her do that. I never really ask her how things are, but know her well enough to know the mood she is in, and let her be. I know I don't stay in contact with her enough or call her enough, but I hope she knows no matter what I am here for her and I love her and Cuz and their daughter with all my heart. Our daughters are the same age and are going through the same teenage stuff, so I know that is one more thing for her to deal with, the TEENAGE YEARS. But she is a strong lady and she will make it one way or another. It would be nice if the LCSD would give answers, because that would be one less burden for all of you and the rest of the family memebers. All I know to do is all of us to keep praying and keep the faith that they will do the right thing one day.
I know its hard, but am hoping all of you will have a nice Christmas and remember that we have our own special angels from above looking down upon us. They are with us always.

Hell~~!!!!!n Sheriff Jones more then likely showed her each of our driver licence pictures, so SHE WOULD KNOW EXACTLY WHO COULD BE A THREAT TO HER, and Her Family~!!!!!
At least this is the impression I got from Van Jackson, during the 2nd week, I was here for the (3) Boy's Funerals, and also warned/threatened~~~by Sheriff Jones, as well~!!!!!

The more RESEARCH WE ALL ARE CONDUCTING~~~~~~THE MORE QUESTIONS KEEP ARISING, AND THE MORE SENSELESS~~~~MR. VAUGHAN HAD THE ENTIRE INVOLVEMENT IN THE (3) BOY'S DEMISE
Ones WE AS THE FAMILY MEMBERS, AND THE MOTHER'S OF (2) OF THESE YOUNG MEN, should have NEVER HAD TO GO TO~~~~~THIS EXTREME, to just get our questions answered, or the TRUTH TO BE ACKNOWLEGED~~~~~ONCE AND FOR ALL~~~!!!!!!
Every time I solve a question, it is always replaced with.........more questions~!!!!!!
The LCSD has NEVER ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS, and has NEVER ALLOWED ME TO ASK THEM, Nor allowed us, the Family Members, an opportunity~~~~
To TALK TO~~~~ ALL THE INVESTIGATORS~~~~THE SHERIFF AND D. A.~~~~ JOANN VAUGHAN~~~~ THE GOVERNOR~~~ THE ATTORNEY GENERAL~~~ABI, and any other Police Agency~~~~that also responded to the LCSD 911 CALL, ALL AT THE SAME TIME~~~~concerning this Case~!!!!!
Sheri~~~~~~DOES THIS MAKE SENSE TO ALL OF YOU, TOO????
ALLOWING ALL THE FAMILIES, FRIENDS, AND THE SURROUNDING COMMIUNITIES to meet with EVERYONE, WHO DID THE TINEST DETAILS, or witnessed the most unneeded job, concerning either of these crime scenes, and TO ALLOW THE PARENTS ESPECIALLY, ~~~~~~TO SPEAK WITH ALL OF THESE PEOPLE,
(including All The State and Local Officials, that were present during the initial investigation)
AT THE SAME TIME~~~~~~~
This would allow Their contradictions, lies and deceptions, to be REALLY noticeable, AND SEE JUST HOW~~~~ALL OF THESE PEOPLE INVOLVED~~~~~are able to answer what ever questions,
WE THE FAMILIES WOULD WANT TO ASK, OR WANTED ANSWERS TOO~~~SO ALL OF THEM WOULD HAVE TO FIGHT EACH OTHER, AND SOMEHOW AGREE TO JUST (1) ANSWER TO OUR QUESTION~~~~~
INSTEAD OF ALL OF THEM BEING ASKED SEPERATELY, AND GETTING OFF WITH ANSWERS THAT ARE ALL TOO DIFFERENT~~!!!!!!
Every one of these Officials, have their own scenario and there own account and accountability, of what happened~~~~

The Officials from the LCSD, WILL NOT HOLD A GIGANTIC MEETING,
for all who'd like to attend.
LCSD would never let all of these Officials be present, along with, SEVERAL of Our readers,
and ANY OTHERS, WHO'D LIKE TO BE present~~~!!!!!
This way, we know we could get to the straight and truthful answers to any/all questions....... My Family, and Your Family , as well as Wanda and the Others.........have had, or would ever have....... concerning The (3) Boy's deaths~~~!!!!!
Why Officials felt it necessary to cover up, what happened to Daniel, and also Scooter and Jason~!!!!!!
This is the key to knowing ALL THAT HAPPENED TO OUR CHILDREN AND EXACTLY WHAT~!!!!!!~~~~these (3) Young Men actually witnessed that fateful day, that someone felt it necessary to murder them, so cold-bloodily~!!!!!!
BUT~~!!!!!! THIS WILL NEVER HAPPEN, IN MY LIFETIME, I'm sure......not voluntarily, anyway~~!!!!!!!!

The only explanation possible is the one Lawman, has posted PUBLICLY, on this weeks, comments~~!!!!!
I believe his comment is something like.......This is a cover-up, OR A BLUNDERED/MISHANDLED INVESTIGATION, FROM THE VERY START~!!!!!!!
Of course Sheriff Jones, Van Jackson, Jordan, and Abbott, WERE ALL TOO QUICK TO DOUBT LAWMAN, as being an Official Police Officer.
It was easier to doubt him, then to stand up to an invitation, or admit these Lee County Officials, have already checked Lawman's credentials,(which you know they have, correct?) and to check him out.
Lee County Officials, would also have to admit they were afraid to be questioned by a fellow Officer, because Lawman would have his own method of interrogation, that the LCSD wouldn't be able to benefit from, as they have with some of the Family Members.
Also the LCSD is afraid of what Lawman would question them on, and they know Lawman's experience, reputation, and service to his community~!!!! The LCSD WOULD BE STUPID, TO ALLOW LAWMAN, to fuck them up, on their own questions/answers~!!!!!!
I know DAMN WELL, NOT A ONE OF THEM, will take him up on his offer, and allow LAWMAN, to interrogate the LCSD, for just a few minutes~!!!!!
How I wish Lawman, and all of the Family members, the Readers, and Everyone of those wonderful individuals, who have helped with research, and support of Our children's Investigation.......and all of them who have helped us, find out the truth....Ms. Sheri~~, to be able to listen to an interrogation session, held by Lawman, and including Jones, Abbett, Van Jackson, and Jordan!~~!!!!!
What a wonderful experience this could be just to sit, and have a Family Meeting, with all of the LCSD Officials, and let Lawman~~~~~ be ASKING THE LCSD, THE QUESTIONS~!!!!!!!
How the LEE COUNTY SHERIFF DEPARTMENT, would squirm~~~ on that one~~~!!!!!!
They are ALL GUTLESS, HEARTLESS, INCAPABLE OF TELLING THE TRUTH TO THE FAMILIES, go on a Fellow Officer, in Blue.
That way, Sheriff Jones COULD NOT GET AWAY WITH HIS BULLSHIT, nor any of his Investigators~!!!!!!!
This will NEVER HAPPEN THOUGH.........in my heart..........
I feel the LCSD WILL NEVER TAKE LAWMAN UP, ON HIS INVITATION~~~~~ NEVER~!!!!!

I have known Sheri, since the older Boy's, Ricky and Daniel~~~ were starting school.
Somewhere around 1986, I think Sheri pulled up to our driveway, and introduced herself, and whisked Ricky and Daniel off, to their first day of school~~!!!!
Sheri drove them to and from school til both got drivers licences, and felt they were just to "OLD", to ride the bus~~!!!!!
I too, have had many days just as Ms. Sheri.
This does NOT MAKE you a weak, or troubled person~~!!!
In reality, when a Mother whose lost a Child, has a "bad day" it gives you a reality check,in some ways......at least this is what happens to me~~!!!!!!
While your laying in the bed, you can think of just how awful, this entire Investigation, has gone totally awry~!!!!!
Then, you get a good breath of air, and come up for "Round 209"~~~~(at the VERY least) and go up to battle ~~~~ with another fight AGAINST~~~~~ the LCSD~~~~and the mess they have "This Investigation of: Daniel, Scooter, and Jason".......to this date~~~!!!!!
Then~~You get angry all over again, get your second wind, and come up fighting til you know~~~~~~ALL OF US~~~~~~ will finally know the TRUE ANSWERS~~~~~~~~to this mess~~~~~~~~~and KNOW ONCE, AND FOR ALL~~~~~~~WHO ACTUALLY WAS~~~~~~~~~"THE SHOOTER"~~!!!!!!
