I felt it only fitting, to write this on New Years Eve, "2006".
I hope for ALL OF YOU, the Year "2007", is a Happy, Healthy, and
Prosperous Year, for You and Yours~!!!!!!!!!!
In "Part 31" of "In Search For The Truth" I felt it to be
complimentary to Artie's article, for CNN, if I did this article on
a combination of many things. Being the end of "2006", I felt this
article should also include what we as a Group, of The Weekly News,
have accomplished.
Also what of ~ The Boy's and Mr. Vaughan's homicides~ HAVE and HAVE
NOT~ been resolved~!!!!!!!!!!
I also would like to include things we the Readers, and the
Editors, of "The Weekly News" can worked together as a group, to
MAKE THESE BOY'S, GAIN THE JUSTICE, THEY SO DESERVE, in this coming
New Year, of "2007"~!!!!!!!!!!
There are so many things that You the Readers, have helped Daniel,
Scooter, and Jason's Case......get a little closer to being re
opened, and possibly solved, with-in this year, of "2006".
I would like to THANK EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU, who have made these
(3) Young Men, part of your life, and your conviction to seek
justice for them.
I could NEVER repay any of you, in money, deeds, or in graciousness
and thankfulness . Without Your help~~I, as just (1) Mother, could
NEVER have gotten the information, the research, the dedication and
conviction for these (3) Boy's, that we have worked so very hard, to
achieve for them.
I can only THANK YOU, and feel I am forever in your graces, and I
wish the best for all of you, and your families, in this coming New
Year of ~2007~!!!!!!!!
Let's go back to the beginning, when all of this happened that
fateful day, in March of 2004. Daniel, Scooter, Russell, and Jason
all decided to go 4-wheeling, on a warm Spring Day. What seemed so
innocently a day of fun, turned into a day of tragedy, confusion and
heartbreak, for the Families, of (3) of these Boy's.
The Lee County Sheriff Department was on the scene, very quick that
Spring Day. This seemed so promising to the Families, of these
Young Men. There were so many questions and NO ANSWERS, in the
first few days of this investigation. Questions were asked by
EVERYONE, including the Lee County Sheriff's Office, of who would do
such a horrendous act, in the tiny Community of Beauregard, Alabama?
What had these (3) Young Men done, or seen, that would have cost
them, their lives in such a horrible, and unjust act, of hate?
It was just (2) days later, March 28, 2004 that the Parents, and
Family Members of these (3) Young Men, lives were turned into a
hellish nightmare of deception, lies, and contradictions, by the
Officials who the Parents thought were investigating the most
horrific scene, in Lee County Alabama.
The first contradiction was the fact the only witness to see "the
murderer" (who gave the Lee County Sheriff Department, his details
of what happened and a detailed description of the the
perpetrator) , who was one of the victims brothers~~ stated he
saw a tall, blond long-haired man, in his late 20's, wearing a blue
and white striped shirt and blue jeans, standing over (1) of these
Boy's bodies, gun in hand.
The Younger brother of one of the victims, gave the description and
details of this person, to the Lee County
Authorities...........suddenly in less then 48 hours~~~~~~~The
Parents were informed , Sunday morning March 28, 2004,
approximately around noon-time, that the perpetrator was NOW.... a
TOTALLY different description , different age group, and was the
Land Owner, Mr. Vaughan~~
Who had been found dead earlier, in his yard, of a "self-inflicted
gun shot wound" according to authorities, just hours prior, to
this "Family Meeting" the Lee County Sheriff's Department, had
called to order.
Mr. Vaughan had NEVER BEEN QUESTIONED, but instead, had been helping
the Lee County Authorities with, THE (3) BOY'S INVESTIGATION~!!!!
When Parents questioned Authorities~~~~ WHY~~~~?????? and How
~~~~??????????
Could Mr. Vaughan had suddenly changed from assisting the Lee
County Sheriff Department, to becoming the one and only murder
suspect~~~
Lee County Authorities stated they were going to question Mr. Vaughn
early Sunday morning however, before they could question Mr. Vaughn,
he conveniently was already deceased.
Parents were told later this same day, without the knowledge of the
Authorities, that Mr. Vaughn had not only withstood (1) gunshot to
the head, but actually (2).
When the Family Members confronted the Lee County Officials
concerning this information, Sheriff Jay Jones told the Families,
Mr. Vaughan HAD ONLY (1) WOUND TO THE HEAD, located under his chin,
and exiting out beside his nose.
Parents later learned, Sheriff Jay Jones had lied to them, and the
claims of (2) shots to the head were ACCURATE and CONFIRMED , by the
Official Alabama Forensic Science Laboratory Autopsy, Report~!
Other deceptions and counteractions, swirled around Parents in this
48 hour period, as well. Parents were told several deceptions of
the weapon used to murder the (3) Young Men, the description and
type of suicide note, left by Mr. Vaughan, the manner of which
their Children were murdered, and that the (3) young Men were
accused of performing felonies consisting of, Methamphetamine
Production.
This is the reasoning, the Lee County Sheriff Department, felt these
(3) young men were murdered.
Upon hearing these accusations about their children, the Parents of
these (3) Young Men, demanded toxicology reports to be done
immediately, by the Alabama Forensics Laboratory, in Montgomery
Alabama.
Finding from these "toxicology. tests" concluded, NONE OF THESE (3)
BOY'S, were involved with any illegal substance, or for that matter,
had anything such as alcohol, drugs, or the like, in their system at
the time of their deaths.
This fact alone, made the Parents immediately suspicious, as to
WHY, the Lee County sheriff's Department would allege their children
were involved with methamphetamine, go on any other illegal
activities.
This meeting also contradicted almost all of the facts Investigator
Jordan, had told myself, Debbi Foster-Murphy, in our phone call
conversation on March 26, 2004, approximately 10:00p.m. the night
of the murders.
Also the outright lie, of Investigator Jordan to myself about my
oldest Son Ricky, of wanting to know the approximate time of my
arrival to Alabama, from Washington State, where I was living when
these homicides took place.
Investigator Jordan HAD OUTRIGHT LIED TO ME concerning my oldest Son
Ricky, being on the homicide scene at the same time of the (3)
deceased Young Men, (which included his brother, Daniel) and further
stated that Baptist Hospital was awaiting my arrival, to take Ricky
off of life support, from a gunshot he had withstood, on the
Vaughan's property~~~~ as well.
Later "Parent Meetings" involved contradictions, lies, and
deceptions involving stolen property allegedly stolen by Vaughan,
allegations Daniel Foster, and Jason Barr broke into the Vaughan's
residence and assaulted Mr. Vaughan, as well as robbed him of his "
gun collection".
These are totally false accusations, by the Lee County Sheriff
Department because the Officials CAN NOT PRODUCE any type of 911
tapes, Officer Reports, or other material involving these (2) Young
Men, and Mr. Vaughan, concerning these so-called incidents.
When Mrs. Vaughan was questioned by Lee County Officials, she never
mentioned ANY TYPE OF ASSAULT OR ROBBERY, on the part of these (2)
Young Men, and in fact said she only knew (2) of the (4) Boy's that
were on the Vaughan's property, on March 26, 2004.
These (2) known persons by Mrs. Vaughan were the (2) brothers who
lived directly behind the Vaughan's property, and DID NOT include,
Daniel S. Foster.
In fact when questioned who she actually had known in any context,
Mrs. Vaughn replied she had only met briefly the (2) brothers,
who lived behind their residence, Jason Barr, and his younger
brother Russell.
This is why, the Parents of these (3) Young Men became suspicious,
from nearly the beginning of this Investigation of their Children's
homicides.
The Lee County Sheriff Department changed the facts, and details of
these homicides, and the evidence, details, and information that
was given to all the Parents, was changed multiple times, and no
(1) Official, told Parents the same set of facts.
During the year of "2006", Art Wallace contacted myself in about mid
April, concerning the (3) Boy's Homicides. I had posted a short
comment concerning the facts of this case, and my suspicions of
deception on the part of the Lee County sheriff Department on a
website for Police Corruption.
After several weeks, and many lengthily emails, telephone
conversations, and I sending Art Wallace~~all of the Official
Documents I had received for this case, Art accepted my plea for
help, to somehow draw "National Media Attention" to the corruption
I, and many others felt was present throughout the Lee County
Sheriff's Departments investigation.
We as a group have found over these past several months, many
contradictions, lies, and deceptions from Lee County, and Alabama
State Officials.
With-in the Group, we have had many of our readers do research
concerning these (3) Boy's Case. We have found many more QUESTIONS
then ANSWERS.
Some of the details, that we as a Group have discovered are:
Mr. Vaughan did not shoot and kill himself in a suicide manner,
such as described by authorities.
This has been confirmed by an active Law Enforcement Officer, with
many years of both homicide and DEA experience, who has given the
opinion, that this COULD NOT POSSIBLY~~~ BE A SUICIDE, regarding Mr.
Vaughan's death.
After looking over the autopsy of Mr. Vaughan, this Law Enforcement
Officer, has concluded many things deceptive, in the Lee county
Sheriff Department's account, of Mr. Vaughan's suicide.
He has found that Mr. Vaughn was ACTUALLY SHOT (2) TIMES, and not
(1) time, as still stated by Sheriff Jay Jones.
It has also been discovered that the entrance wounds are on the
WRONG SIDE OF MR. VAUGHAN'S HEAD, to be shot by a left-handed
individual, as Vaughan was.
Further findings confirm Mr. Vaughan, did not have the described
clothing by what Investigator Jordan told myself, the eye-witness
had stated, according to what Investigator Jordan, had re-told to
myself..
Lee County Captain Van Jackson, has stated in his report, a "blue
shirt, and a pair of denim shorts " were recovered from Vaughan's
residence, NOT "a blue and white striped shirt , and blue jeans", as
was described to myself, by Investigator Jordan.
Further research has uncovered many other investigations by Lee
County Officials that are questionable. Also when Mitch Sneed~~did
an article this year, on October 13, 2006 a woman wrote into the
blog, set up by the Opelika Auburn News, and stated her own Son's
investigation was compromised and extremely suspicious.
This Mother stated the Lee County Sheriff Department said her own
Son had committed suicide, but could not understand~~~ how this was
concluded, by Sheriff Jones.
Her Son...................... was beaten, bruised, and bitten,
(which she states was fact when she examined the body,
herself...............and this Mother, as I do about my own son,
Daniel, felt the Lee County Sheriff Jay Jones, did NOT investigate
further because her Son's death was somehow related to drugs.
Mitch Sneed, in my opinion......... wrote this article to deface
basically my reputation, and that of Art Wallace, for even
considering the Lee County Officials, did NOT OWE PARENTS~~~ an
explanation to their questions, but rather a complete investigation
had been carried out .
Many people of the surrounding Communities~~~ including Auburn,
Opelika, and Beauregard, sounded out their outrage, against the
Opelika Auburn Newspaper, in this blog and publicly.
The Community was/and still remains~~~~ IN SUPPORT OF THE PARENTS,
for demanding the answers to their questions.
When this set of articles, "In Search For the Truth" was 1st
started, the only Parent that was fighting these Lee County and
Alabama State Officials was myself, Debbi Foster-Murphy.
Upon the article, " Case Closed?" by Mitch Sneed, (3) other Parents
suspicions grew, and they too........demanded to see, these
Officials records. (I had previously looked at , prior to writing
these "In Search For the Truth" articles.
After Parents researched the Lee County Sheriff and D. A. Abbett's
records, (which by the way, Officials WOULD NOT ALLOW these Parents
to review by themselves, as I did) the parents discovered even more
discrepancies and lies, from the Lee County Team.
Sheri Stephens, Scooter Stephens..... Mother, has reported publicly
on "The Weekly News" that both Sheriff Jones, and D.A. Abbett have
lied to the Families, from the beginning to the end, of these Boy's
Investigation.
In Ms. Sheri's research, she discovered there were no Grand Jury
Transcripts, and D. A. Abbett admitted to her, there WAS NO ACTUAL
GRAND JURY~~~ PROCEEDINGS~~!!!!!!
Yet, in the "Case Closed?" article published by Mitch Sneed, that
is the only DEFINITE COMMENT that was made by the Lee County D.A.
Nick Abbett and Sheriff Jones, when interviewed.
What was commented by these (2) Officials was, the Grand Jury handed
down a "no bill" decision, which is an out right lie,
if there was NO GRAND JURY, EVER HELD ON THIS CASE, REGARDING THESE
(3) YOUNG MEN~!!!!!
D.A. Abbett, had actually stated publicly in the Opelika Auburn
News, the day after this horrendous cold-blooded and violent murders
took place~~~~~ that he did not care about the cost, he would find
the perpetrator , despite the COST TO THE TAXPAYERS....he would go
into a special fund, the D.A. Office had for services of this
nature~~~~~~~~and make DAMN SURE~~~~~~~who had committed the most
horrific motiveless, crime~~~ in Lee County history,concerning these
(3) Young Men, was confiscated and prosecuted, to THE HIGHEST DEGREE
OF THE LAW~!!!!!!!!!!!!! (but this statement by Abbett, later was
retracted, from the O/A News, the following day)
When Ms. Sheri Stephens asked why there had NOT BEEN a Grand Jury
held, or transcripts taken during the proceedings, and where the
Opelika Auburn News publicly printed, on December 15, 2004 "Vaughan
the likely culprit", presented publicly, THERE HAD BEEN A GRAND
JURY PROCEEDINGS FOR THESE (3) YOUNG MEN AGAINST MR.
VAUGHAN~~~~~~~~~~
Abbett stated, Officials knew Vaughan did it, and he DID NOT WANT TO
WASTE THE TAX PAYER'S MONIES~~~!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Apparently Investigator Keith Jordan, has also, been following
this blog, quite closely. Investigator Jordan quoted to Ms.
Stephens, several passages from:
" The Weekly News " and the MANY articles titled, " In Search For
The Truth".
Yet NOT ONCE~~!!!!!!!!!!
Has the Opelika Auburn News, the Lee County D .A. or Sheriff, or
any Investigator, used words that were definite quotations or
conclusions~~~~~!!!!!!!!!!!!
Instead, the Opelika Auburn News chose to use words that were ONLY
ambiguous, such as "likely", "probable", or "likeliness" to NOT
COMMIT THEMSELVES~!!!!!
Therefore CAUSING EVEN MORE SUSPICIONS, from Parents, Family
Members, Friends and the Local Community , regarding these (3) Young
Men's Investigation~!!!!!!!!!
" This sets the stage"...........for a whole OTHER set of
questions~!!!!!!
QUESTIONS THAT SOME higher, LAW OFFICIAL AGENCY , then Alabama
State, or the Local Lee County Officials, to investigate, these (3)
Young Men's Case~!!!!!!!!.
Now~!!!!!!!!
Is when the NATIONAL MEDIA~~NEEDS TO COME INTO THIS
INVESTIGATION~~for JUSTICE~~for these (3) Young Men.
These families DO NOT have adequate funds, to try and fight both
Alabama State, and local Lee County Officials.
We need a National Media outcry......... to the Public~~concerning
the facts presented in this article, and the other (30) parts
of, "In Search For The Truth".
This is the only way, THESE (3) YOUNG MEN, WILL EVER RECEIVE
JUSTICE, for their senseless, horrific, cold-blooded murders.
Now that the Lee County Officials and Alabama Officials feel, these
Parents may have a chance at " National Media Attention",
as some other high profile cases receive, there have THREATS TO
OTHER SURVIVING SIBLINGS, of (2) of these (3) Boy's.
Would this not mean, that "The Weekly News"~~~ In Search For The
Truth Readers~~~~ who have done this research, and published these
discoveries~~~publicly, are getting....CLOSE TO SOME KIND OF
BREAK~????
WHY ELSE, would the Brothers and Sisters, of (2) of these deceased
Young Men, be threatened?
Isn't this what~~~~~ THE TAXPAYERS WOULD CONSIDER A WORTHY
CAUSE~~~~~ for their tax dollars?
THESE PARENTS, AND other Family Members, Friends, and the Community
of THESE (3) YOUNG MEN~!!!!!!!!!!!!
NEED A HIGHER AGENCY OF FEDERAL AUTHORITY~~~~~~~~~TO COME TO LEE
COUNTY ALABAMA~~~~~~~~~and unravel the mess the Lee County Sheriff
Jay Jones, and his Investigative Team, as well as, the Alabama
State Officials~~~~~~ who agree with Sheriff Jones, including the
Alabama Bureau of Investigations, and Others ~~~ who state Sheriff
Jones," HAS TO GIVE HIS PERMISSION, before they can intervene, IN
THESE (3) YOUNG MEN'S CASE~!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!~~~~~~~!!!!!!!!!
HOW CAN THIS POSSIBLY BE TRUE~!!!!!! Parents request Federal
Authorities to intervene in what they and many others, including
Other Outside Law Enforcement, is a COVER-UP, and FEDERAL OFFICIALS
HAVE TO SEEK THE PERMISSION, of a lowly, Local
Sheriff~~???????????? O, these Federal Officials, DO NOT HAVE
AUTHORITY~~~~~~~~TO RE-INVESTIGATE, or at least look at the
circumstances~~~~~~~concerning these (3) Young Men's, Case~~?????

ANY AND ALL~~~ NATIONAL MEDIA COVERAGE~~~~~

I wanted to tell Cindy and Debbi great article. Sorry I was a little slow posting it, things are crazy with the doctors and all.
Just so everyone knows, I have to go in and see the head sergon for the specialist in Beth Isreal (in NYC)tomorrow, I was told to expect to be admitted. If I go in, it will be for a load of test to find a soulition to me medical problem. I sould be home in less then a week and hopefully feeling a little better.
If I am not admitted, I will let everyone know.
If I am, Debbi and Dana will be getting the hospital number for my room and one of them will be able to let everyone know what is going on.

CNN could be a powerful source of finding the truth in seeking justice for Daniel, Scooter and Jason.
For the parents and families of the victims of this massacre, justice is of utmost
importance and though no answer could eliminate their pain or ever bring their child back, the truth could set them free to finding some closure of why their child was senselessly murdered that day.
More-so, the system in place where these murders occurred could once and for all be scrutinized and made to comply with laws of our land that are fair, just and most importantly, legal.
These kinds of backward investigations are a crime in themselves, and need to be
examined and evaluated closely by other entities who can set the truth straight.
In the end, justice should prevail!

If CNN picks up this story and asks thier own questions.....where will Jay Jones and D.A. Abbett hide then??? And what OTHER story will they come up with to cover their asses???
I thought things were gettin back to normal....then last night.....I was in so much pain I couldn't even sit up...or lie down for that matter. I finally got to sleep about 3 a.m. and woke myself coughing....blood! I don't like this....at all! Gonna call Dr. this a.m. and see what measures I should take. I wont be doing ANYTHING this weekend....so if you,Deb, or Village need me to research for next weeks article....call me. I will do what I can.

They did 2 MRI's today and say they have an idea what is going on. They will know more after an (inpaitent) proceedure.
The want me to come back and be admitted for a few days next week to clear up an infection and get a better look.
Then I will have to be admitted about a week or so after for another (and I hope final) operation.
So, I will be around for the weekend. They are looking to set up for me to be in Tuesday or Wendsday of next week. If all goes well, I will only be in for about 3 days on that stay. That will also give us an idea how long the next stay will be.

Anyway, I haven't had time to post to it yet, as MaMa had to go to the doctor yesterday. I knew IT WAS GOING TO BE A DAY.....after the doctor told MaMa she could do anything she wanted to do, within reason....her leg was healed perfect. I was thinking to myself, what in the hell did he just say~??? Knowing good and well MaMa can't reason anymore, so this just gave her permission, TO DO EVERYTHING, SHE ISN'T SUPPOSE TO DO~!!!!!!!!!
When we got home, THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED~!!!!!!!
I was vacuuming, and MaMa wanted her puppy brought in. I told her, just a second, let me put the vacuum away...thinking she may trip on it, right~~?????
WRONG~!@!!!! While I was putting the vacuum away, maybe 10 seconds, MaMa slipped out the back door, to go get her dog herself~!!!!! I came back, and she was gone.......went outside, and she had fallen, right out by her puppy~!!!!!
Her knee is swollen, her eye is black, and she has a swollen nose, cause she fell flat faced.......but she IS OK, THANK GOD~!!!!!!!!!

true story. It is about not only one mother now but two mothers seeking the truth and justice of the cold blooded murders of theirs sons!! This
horrific triple homicide took place in Alabama, by the Lee County Sheriff Department. The Opelika-Auburn News paper has printed stories on
this terrible heartbreaking story. The last article they posted was titled "Case Closed" Not only is there contradictions, deception, but there is out
and out lies from the Officials who supposedly investigated this triple homicide to the parents at the so called family meetings, now that there
is a blog with hundreds of readers, who also are asking questions of their own, and giving their own opinions as to what really happened to
these three young men who were not doing anything wrong(even the news paper articles make this statement, and that these were good
kids/young men and everyone who knew them thought highly of them and were devastated at this tragic senseless triple homicide). It seems
now that more and more questions are being asked, by not only the readers but also by the two parents we must be onto something, because
now one of the parents were threatened by telephone , reminding them that both of these mothers seeking the truth and justice still had other
siblings still at home and if they didn't want anything to happen to them well you can guess the rest!!!!
Where is our justice system? Where are all these television shows that investigate these kind of stories to find out the truth and find justice for
the innocent? Is this just a myth nowadays? I refuse to accept that there is not one honest investigator out there who out of the kindness of his
heart will take this case and find out the truth!!! If not one show that deals with this kind of situation will pick up this story, then I say the whole
justice system has gone to hell!!!
Lee County Sheriff Department are no better than anybody! and their job is to work for us, to uphold the truth,
to find justice, to find the ones accountable and punish them, not blame a man who supposedly committed suicide like they claim, "died from a
self inflicted gun shot wound to his head" THIS MAN HAD 2 NOT 1 GUNSHOT WOUNDS TO HIS HEAD!!! I DARE SAY IT WASN'T

I have always tried to protect my fellow "brothers and sisters in blue", but when I see the errors made in an investigation, and believe that the "true" suspect is still at large, I can't help myself. I personally, have to try to rethink an investigation. Law enforcement, has two goals when it comes to crime. Aid the victim and build a case against the guilty. When a suspect is developed, a good investigator will either find conclusive facts of guilt, or eliminate them altogether. This was not the case here. The "suspect" observed by the only witness, is NOT the man who died of what was alleged to be a "self inflicted gunshot wound to the head". In the haste to close the case, the SO choose to "pin" it on Vaughn. There does not seem to be, any direct evidence supporting this conclusion. Another concern of mine, you just recently refreshed, was Jordan's call to you regarding another of your boys, supposedly on life support at the hospital. How in the heck was this conjured up. He would have had to have some basis for his comments to you. This is totally irresponsible, and flat out mistifying how he made this error. If they new they had three boys down in the field, where did the information about Ricky come from.(Someone would have had to be transported) Did Jordan ever go to the scene? (to see an ambulance and a forth victim?)
Another BIG issue is about these guns that were never found. We already know, that Alabama has a dubious record for supplying guns to crooks on the eastern seaboard...were there guns involved? Where are they now? I'm sure if they had to do this over again, they would have taken more care in their investigation. This was just a really terrible effort on their part. Then, they have let too many deputies talk about the case, (most with only partial knowledge about the true facts). This always leads to rumor and speculation. They tried to some damage control and stop the rumor's, by sitting down with the families right after the event, but they missed he mark by fabricating answers. I hope that some of the anticipated new developments will help...Lawman

These Lee County Officials, handled this Case...one of the worst in Alabama history, (because of no motive, no evidence, so many questions) yet these Officials came up with, some of the worst answers to some very basic questions, these Family Members and myself, were asking them. This isn't like they were never investigating murder before~!!!!! Just not one, that wasn't involving drugs, sex, or money..........or at least some type of viable motive~!!!!!
Then, when Ms. Sheri (Scooter's Mom) found out there
WAS NO GRAND JURY EVEN HELD~!!!!!!!
HOW DID THESE OFFICIALS FEEL THE FAMILIES would take, this latest deception, on their part~???

I received an email this morning, that Dana(bayoubaby) was going to the doctor, today.
She had been called from the doctor yesterday........ who apparently observed her latest lung x rays, and needed to check out her lungs.
Artie called me around 8:00 A.M.this morning,
to say Dana had been admitted, for her lungs being in distress.
Dana, I have candles lit for you Sweetheart,
and hopefully, I will call and you'll be back home,
good as before, or better~!!!!!!

Oh my goodness girl !! I just read about your being back in the hospital
I want to let you know my prayers are with you as always!! I swear if I didn't know better I would think somebody had voo-doo dolls and were putting spells on us and poking us with pins or something!!! Damn it seems that if it isn't one thing with one of us it is something else!!!
You mind those doctors young lady do not make me drive my ass down there to kick your ass and make you mind!!! Hear me??? Of course you know dang well I would get lost and end up who knows where (hopefully nowhere near Lee County, my luck I would end up on their door step LOL.... and that ain't funny!!! yes it is really LOL!) They say laughter is the best medicine for recovering from an illness, however; it that were true as big a smart ass as I am I should be as healthy as a horse! So not as sure on that one as I used to be LOL..
If we all don't start getting healthy the only vacation Debbi and I are gonna take is to the local nursing home LOL.. and I have a feeling your gonna be right along with us LOL... Can you just see the 3 of us in a nursing home LOL... Now that would be FUNNY!!! and you have ot admitt, it would be better than no vacation at all LOL.... With the 3 of us together I don't care where we were we would have a ball LOL.. Probably wouldn't have alot of friends but hey I don't now so it wouldn't cause any shock or nothing LOL....
Remember, sweeetie my prayers are with you to hurry up and recover fully so we all can get back to doing what we 3 do best, and that is uncover more questions that need answers, and to finally get the justice these 3 boys so despertly need after so long, and find out the real killer and bring him to face his actions and be accountable for each and every one of them, I feel the real killer should receive the death penalty myself!!! Make damn sure who ever did this will Never Ever do this to anyone else ever again!!!!
I miss you and luv you sweetie, so dammit straighten up and start flying right and get you scrawny ass better!!! You do not have a choice on this one, I am telling you and I am calling the shots on this one!!!! So no choice! You are to get better in warp speed!!! We all miss you around here, it isn't the same with out all of us working together, and at times taking breaks like normal people need to do and share a few laughs together!!!
Seriously, I am worried about you so I am going to say some extra prayers for you for God to take extra special care of you and bring you back your health, and bring you back here to us!!!

Thank-you Deb and Village....Yes...this time I will do what the Dr. says. The last thing I need...is Village gettin lost in Al. and running into Jones if she has to come to Fla. and kick my ass.LMAO It seems that when the lung collapsed the sacs on the inside that collect the oxygen....stuck together and caused that part of the lung to die. They re-inserted the tube and lasered off the part of the lung that had died. Now it will fuse back together. It was only about the size of a stamp....but big enough to cause all this trouble. At least it wasnt what I thought it was !!!
I will call you two (2) when I am feeling strong enough to talk. With Wednesday...the 10th....being(what would have been)Amy's 17th birthday...and all this going on...leaves me kinda....numb...I guess is the word. There is no word for it!!! I just wonder what she would have been like....looked like....and what path her life would have taken. The pain and hurt of loosing her IS as bad now as it was then.
THANK-YOU ALL....for all the prayers and thoughts....to have so many GOOD friends that you love....whom you have never met....is WONDERFUL!!!! I love you guys...

I just wanted to let everyone know that Villageidiot is having a hard time posting and getting access to be able to post. She will be back as soon as this is cleared. Deb is having trouble with her mothers health....not really her health....the Dr.'s that seem to know everything and some of the nurses as well. She is having to stay with her mom at the hospital and is running herself ragged. As soon as I know more....I will let you all know.

MaMa's throat closed shut the other night, and off we went to E.R.
She needs to be on several antibiotics and such, but other then that....is doing great~!!!!

I just was at the hospital 24/7 and never got the laptop, that I wished Santa, had brought at Christmastime.....ohhhh well, there's always next year, huh~~????

I had a person contact me, who may be willing to re-write the letter to CNN, and Dateline.............
This is because the person who contacted me feels there is a problem with the mechanics of my writing, and feels they can do a much betterr job, expalining the facts of this Investigation. This person IS A WRITER, which is something I am certainly NOT~!!!!!!!!!
Being my writing abilities not being the greatest, this person has offered to re-write what I had previously prepared, into a formal letter to these News Agencies.
As all of you know, I just want this Case to recieve JUSTICE, and never have been worried who got the credit, for obtaining this for Daniel, Scooter and Jason~!!!!!!!
Maybe this is what we need,to help these (3) Young Men~!!!!!
I will let you all know........ if and when, I get the re-written letter, for all of us, to send.

Just a quick note to everyone.
Though I will be semi-limited to activity for a short while yet, I am returning my computer to by desk as of today (instead of at my bed side) and will be back to work (light duty) starting next weeek.
My sitting is still limited, however after the last operation I can remain sitting for longer periods then I have been able to in the last few months.
I will be sending out a special update on the mailing list this week letting everyone know just how much I will be getting back into things at this point, who won the FREE Memorial through LovingHeartMemorials.com, who won the FREE site through YourDesign2.com and my plans for some exciting changes in the next few weeks, as well as a special thank you for each and everyone of you who helped keep things going through my medical situation.
You all did a great job and I am looking forward to getting back to things a little at a time.
Thanks to the greatest web group a web designer could hope for, I have an active service to return to after my long ordeal.

I just wanted to update you all on our next article (part 32) which I am in the process of writing. I will have this article finished as soon as I can, it is very detailed therefore is the reason it isn't done and posted as of yet. Debbi or Dana or both of you LOL. would you please contact me I am in need of some information which I have spent most of the afternoon and all night looking for and for what ever reason I can't seem to find it!!

The Original Article I had planned for Article 32 will be coming at a later time. I instead felt the Article I wrote in it's place was more important, not to mention way over due. I have been waiting and looking for article 32 this past week with enthusiasm based on all the previous posts left here at this forum following article 31.
Guess I for one am dissapointed not to see article 32 up yet and it is Monday the 29th by now your time.
I hope that Artie is recovering okay and see he did post that he is still recovering but why hasn't Artie commented on article 31 at all thus far??
Dana I also am praying for your recovery as well as Debbi (your mama) with all she has been through, and let's not forget villiage, you too lady!!

With Artie in the hospital, Cindy having had (2) heart attacks while doing these articles in Art and I's place, and me caring for my MaMa who broke her leg, November 9, 2006/and now finding out just recently, she also has dementia,
WE ARE BEHIND, in writing these articles weekly, as previously published.
I apologize MichellesMaMa for any inconvienence this may have caused you.
As soon as we all recover here, I am SURE THE ARTICLES, will again be on a weekly schedual, as previously written.
As far as CNN, we HAVEN'T HEARD anything, from them.
I do have several other "irons in the fire", which actually are a better resolution to finding THE TRUTH, of what happened, as well as, OBTAINING THE JUSTICE, these (3) Young Men, and Mr. Vaughan so very much, DESERVE~!!!!!!!
These other additional options-
I have recently learned of, will also seek punishment for~~the Officials~~who felt it neccessary, to put the Parents, Family Members, Friends and these Young Men's Community, THROUGH LIVING HELL~!!!!!!!
