Is it me?
Or is this what everyone else who runs across or who has had access
to all the newspaper articles, thinks as well?
Each article I have read to date makes it appear- Jones, Abbett, and
the other Lee County Officials, have contradicted themselves with
their responses, to the questions directly asked by assorted staff
writers.
In some of the articles from different newspapers, these Officials
are asked the same questions as the other newspapers, only the
questions asked---are worded differently.
Why are Jones, Abbett, and the other Lee County Law Officials,
seeming to give different answers?
Is it, they do not realize they are being asked the very same
questions, but these questions, are just worded differently?
I mean, there is more than one way to ask someone a question, yet
the questions meaning- stays the same. It is just worded
differently.
Can these Officials, NOT see this?
I mean these are supposed to be well educated individuals, so one
would think these Lee County Officials would surely see the
questions meanings, were the same. And also, should their answers
not be the same, as well?
Well evidently, NOT !
Because when you actually read several of these articles together at
once, the answers are all different, yet the questions are the
same!!!!
Maybe someone should clue them in on this, do you think? or
maybe.......this might just confuse them more than they already are!
Look at the article below.
Please read it carefully, and judge for yourselves.
If need be, go back and read earlier parts of "In Search For The
Truth" in which we included articles from past newspapers. I think
you will find...............these same Officials were interviewed,
and asked these same exact questions!
The only difference is, the questions asked, were worded differently
yet, had the exact same meaning.
However; D.A. Abbett, Sheriff Jones, and other Local and State of
Alabama Officials, have contradicted- Their OWN ANSWERS!!!
The following is one of these examples!
"Prosecutors Close Case On Triple Homicide In Beauregard
Associated Press
12-16-2004
BEAUREGARD / Prosecutors closed an investigation into a triple
slaying by presenting circumstantial evidence to a county grand jury
that pointed to a man who left a suicide note about depression and
failing health.
Bernard Vaughan, 69, died from a self-inflicted gunshot two days
after the March 26 slayings of William (Scooter) Stephens, 19, Jason
Barr, 25, and Daniel Foster, 24.
The three were shot to death in woods near Lee Road 401 in
Beauregard after the friends spent the day riding four-wheelers."
OK, since when did anyone charged with murder-get convicted on only
circumstantial evidence?
The last I knew, the law stated "a person must be found guilty
beyond any shadow of doubt".
How does circumstantial evidence, find a person guilty, beyond ANY
SHADOW OF DOUBT?
IT CANT!
And, how did the PROSECUTOR, present CIRCUMSTANTIAL EVIDENCE, to a
Lee County Grand Jury?
When according to my interview with Sheri Stephens, (Scooters
Mother) she was told by one of the Lee County Officials,
There was NOT a Grand Jury, EVEN HELD!!!
So to me, I see this as an out and out, LIE !!! To the FAMILIES, the
COMMUNITY, and to the OPELIKA-AUBURN NEWS, all of them WERE DIRECTLY
LIED TO!!!!!!!
"Vaughan owned the 50 acres, where these Young Men were murdered."
THIS PART IS TRUE ..
The article goes on to say:
"Lee County Sheriff Department, Captain Van Jackson said there was
NOT an indication any of the victims were involved in any type of
criminal activity, other than possible trespassing, on the property"
where these Young Men, were found murdered.
IF THIS IS THE TRUTH, then why were Daniel, Scooter, and Jason,
ACCUSED OF BEING INVOLVED WITH ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES, (drugs)?
In which these boy's parent's, DEMANDED A TOXICOLOGY REPORT BE
PERFORMED ON EACH OF THEIR SON'S.
These tests revealed, NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES WERE FOUND, in Daniel,
Scooter, nor Jason!!
SO AGAIN, Parents are told ONE THING, the newspaper, ANOTHER!!! Same
question---DIFFERENT ANSWER!!
Vaughan's suicide note, recently obtained by the Opelika-Auburn
News, made reference to Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, a condition
linked to Mr. Vaughan's military service.
The newspaper reported this on Wednesday, after the boy's homicides.
Yet, Sheriff Jay Jones released Vaughan's "suicide letter" AFTER
RECEIVING AN OPINION from Attorney General Troy King's Office, (the
Alabama Attorney General) in response to an "open records request"
by the newspaper.
WHY????? Did it take ATTORNEY GENERAL TROY KING'S OFFICE,
to get Sheriff Jay Jones,
TO FOLLOW THE LAW regarding Open Records, which is the "FREEDOM OF
INFORMATION ACT"?
IS THIS SOMETHING, Sheriff Jay Jones, NEVER HEARD OF, or do YOU
THINK, Jones was TRYING TO USE HIS POWER, until a "Higher Power
within Alabama" INTERVENED??
The last I knew, the SHERIFF, does NOT make the laws, but instead is
the person who makes SURE, everyone FOLLOWS, the laws.......
A portion of the 11-sentence letter relevant to the case stated:
" What with all the commotion, I am so depressed that I don't want
to go on. I believe my health is failing and my PTSD ruins every
moment of my life. My poor brain feels like an out-of-control speed
freak. I'm sorry. I was born a fool, and I shall die the same way."
The handwritten letter was addressed to Vaughan's wife, and was
signed--"Bernie".
UMMM!!!!!!!
NOT exactly the truth here, EITHER!!
The note was signed "Bernie" and also under the word " Bernie" was
PRINTED, Mr. Vaughan's FULL NAME.
How many SUICIDE NOTES have you ever seen, or heard
about.............
WHERE SOMEONE NOT ONLY SIGNS THEIR FIRST NAME, (or nick name) and
directly UNDER this,
THEY SIGN OR PRINT OUT, their whole entire LEGAL NAME???
I have NOT ever heard of ANY type of a "suicide note" with your full
legal name!!! (like who you wrote this note to, does NOT know who--
you are) ??!!
IF YOUR GONNA KILL YOURSELF, You sure as HELL AREN'T GONNA BE THAT
DETAILED, and if you have a spouse, I AM VERY POSITIVE, they already
KNOW your full legal name!!
"In the note, Mr. Vaughan made reference to the turmoil of the last
24 hours, Jones said. While he doesn't say specifically that he was
involved, we consider that strong circumstantial evidence, that he
was connected to the homicides."
WHAT is it, that would make someone ( in this case, Sheriff Jones)
consider THIS PART, of Mr. Vaughan's suicide note, CIRCUMSTANTIAL
EVIDENCE?
WHAT DID I, MISS HERE?
SO MR.VAUGHAN REFERENCED THE TURMOIL OF THE LAST 24 HOURS, AND THIS
MAKES HIM A KILLER???
Again, I am at a loss, as to HOW THE DETERMINATION WAS MADE, (as
Vaughan being the person responsible for MURDERING DANIEL, SCOOTER,
AND JASON?????
"Obviously a lot of the letter was directed to his wife and family.
But I think this gives an idea of where his mind was at the time,
Jones said."
NO IT DOESN'T !!!!!
THIS STATEMENTDOESN'T GIVE ME ANY IDEA OF WHERE HIS MIND WAS!!!!!!
ACCORDING TO THE ABOVE PARAGRAPH, HIS MIND WASN'T WITH HIS WIFE AND
FAMILY!!!!!!
HELL, YOU CONVICTED HIM IN THE ABOVE PARAGRAPH!!!
SO HOW IS IT IN THE NEXT PARAGRAPH, HIS MIND IS WITH HIS WIFE, AND
FAMILY??
YOUR KIDDING RIGHT?
OR ARE YOU PLAYING MIND GAMES, WITH THESE POOR PEOPLE WHO ARE IN
SHOCK, DEVASTATED BY THEIR SONS COLD BLOODED MURDERS, AND WHO AREN'T
CAPABLE TO SEE, THROUGH YOUR BULLSHIT AND LIES!!!!!
YET I AM OFFENDED, BY THE HIGHER OFFICIALS IN ALABAMA, FOR NOT
SEEING THROUGH YOUR DECEITFULNESS, AND FOR NOT PUTTING A STOP TO YOU
SHERIFF JONES, ON THE SPOT!
District Attorney Nick Abbett said he couldn't comment on any
specific witnesses who testified during the Grand Jury Hearing, but
said that Vaughan had made complaints in the past about trespassers
on his property.
Also, the circumstantial evidence in the hearing, was "supposedly"
pointed ONLY, to Mr Vaughan.
Well of course,
District Attorney Nick Abbett COULDN'T COMMENT ON ANY SPECIFIC
WITNESSES!!!!!!
( I wonder, why?)
DUHHHH!!!!!
BECAUSE THERE WEREN'T ANY!!!
These words came out of Lee County Officials mouths, to Sheri
Stephens, (Scooter's Mother). This was their response, when Sheri
Stephens asked about the Grand Jury Transcripts, in which she wanted
to read, and REFUSED to leave the Justice Center, until the
Officials SHOWED them to her.
Then and ONLY THEN, was it revealed to ANY PARENT, there was NO
GRAND JURY TRANSCRIPTS TO READ!!!!!!
I REPEAT,
NO!!!!!! Lee County Grand Jury was ever held, in behalf of the Boy's
homicides, and the involvement of, Mr. Bernard W. Vaughan!!
Lee County Officials felt it was a WASTE of the Tax Payers, MONEY!!!
Since when, did Elected Local Officials,
GET TO MAKE DECISIONS concerning WHETHER TO HOLD a Grand Jury Trial,
or NOT TO HOLD a Grand Jury Trial?
So WHO GAVE THESE OFFICIALS THE PERMISSION to discuss among
themselves, and vote Mr. Vaughan guilty of a crime, and give the
authority to LIE TO THESE PARENTS, about a Grand Jury being held???
THEN TO PUBLICLY STATE THAT THE GRAND JURY HANDED DOWN A "NO BILLS"
DECISION???? PLEASE EXPLAIN OR CLARIFY HOW A MOCK GRAND JURY CAN
HAND DOWN ANYTHING LET ALONE A "NO BILLS " DECISION? ( JUST IN CASE
THE LEE COUNTY OFFICIALS AREN'T EXACTLY SURE AS TO THE MEANING
OF "MOCK" GO OUT AND BUY A DICTIONARY AND LOOK UP THE DEFINITION!!!!
If You don't believe me Look up a "NO BILLS" decision, IN ANY law
dictionary!!!!
The definition of a "no bill" is:
The statement made by a grand jury that finds insufficient evidence
for an indictment against a person on a criminal charge. Also
called "NOT FOUND," "NOT A TRUE BILL," OR "IGNORAMUS."
Just ANOTHER LIE, by these Lee County Officials!!!
As for Mr. Vaughan making COMPLAINTS, why is it when Debbi Foster
Murphy READ these supposed "SAME FILES" concerning this information
on this Case, THERE WERE NO SUCH REPORTS, about Vaughan making any
type of complaints in ANY OF THE RECORDS NOR FILES, she read????
There were NO 911 CALLS!!!!!
There was absolutely NOTHING concerning Mr. Vaughan, and these
Boy's !!!!!!!!!
Yet, Please CORRECT ME IF I AM WRONG, but when Sheri Stephens read
these "supposedly same files and records", there WERE REPORTS OF
COMPLAINTS, but WITHOUT any deputy's acknowledgments, or signatures.
WHO TOOK THESE COMPLAINTS???!!
I DO BELIEVE, to be used in a COURT OF LAW, and used AS EVIDENCE,
these complaints MUST BE SIGNED AND DATED, by the deputy who
responded to the call. (if this is the case,where is a complaint
from Mr. or Mrs Vaughan?)
Another discrepancy I have found while reading through the assorted
news articles concerns what D.A.Abbett states. Abbett said, " DNA
evidence collected from Vaughan's property did not produce a direct
link to the victims", and Abbett also states, " there was a witness
to the crime, but not one who could say for certain that Vaughan,
was the shooter.
Russell McCullars WAS THE ONLY EYE WITNESS, and had given a complete
description of the person who HE SAW standing over the deceased
body, of one of the victims.!!
RUSSELL'S DESCRIPTION, of this person, compared to Mr. Vaughan's IS
TOTALLY DIFFERENT,yet;ANOTHER LIE!!!
All the evidence points to Vaughan," Abbett said. "I think the grand
jury was satisfied with that conclusion and the work done by the Lee
County Sheriff's Department. Since there is no one to prosecute,
this closes the case from our end."
WHAT DAMN EVIDENCE?????
THERE IS NO EVIDENCE!!!
We are NOT IGNORANT, we can READ, we do UNDERSTAND, and we WILL NOT
TOLERATE THE LIES, DECEPTION, AND CROOKEDNESS, for a second longer!!
It is time that the Lee County Officials WERE HELD ACCOUNTABLE, for
their LACK OF DUTIES, in investigating this triple homicide of:
DANIEL S. FOSTER, SCOOTER STEVENS , JASON BARR AND MR.VAUGHAN!!all
of which were MURDERED IN COLD BLOOD! WE ARE IN THE PROCESS OF
UNCOVERING MORE OF THIS CASE EACH AND EVERY DAY. IT'S JUST A MATTER
OF TIME, HOPEFULLY A SHORT TIME BEFORE THE WHOLE TRUTH IS MADE
PUBLIC, WHERE DANIEL, SCOOTER, JASON AND MR.VAUGHAN ARE GIVEN THE
JUSTICE THEY DESERVE, AND HOPEFULLY CLOSEURE TO THE FAMILIES AND
FRIENDS OF THIS COMMUNITY IN WHICH SUCH A HORRIFIC CRIME TOOK PLACE
ALMOST 3 YEARS AGO. ALL COVERED UP BY INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE A DISCRACE
TO HUMANITY TO SAY THE LEAST!!!!

For Everyone,
If You-All, would re-read just the insets of what "In Search For The Truth" has published in the context of the past (33) parts, it is very easily observed by thousands of Citizens/Readers ---- Sheriff Jay Jones, and D.A. Nick Abbett, LOOK LIKE TOTAL IDIOTS~!!!!
If you also re-read the articles that the Opelika-Auburn News, has printed from the day after these (3) Young Men's homicides, and please include if possible.......the other area newspapers,
ALL OF YOU WILL FIND, these (2) Officials COULD NOT KEEP THEIR OWN STATEMENTS CONSISTANT.
Abbett nor Jones, gave any of these "Press Agencies" the same answers nor, the same series of answers, to the obvious questions. Their answers are both hazy, and uninformative.............. go on the accurate and truthful information, that SHOULD HAVE been spoken, concerning this Case, has NEVER BEEN INCLUDED PUBLICLY, or within a "Family Meeting"~!!!!!~!!!!
Why, has NOT (1) STATE OF ALABAMA OFFICIAL,
given a DAMN, that these (2) Lee County Public Servants, lied---time and time again, in their comments?
And/or CHANGED THEIR STATEMENTS without explanation, facts, EVIDENCE, or sources?
Are these (3) Young Men, THAT UN-WORTHY, of a fair and honest investigation?
Or is it these (2) Public Servants, simply DO NOT KNOW WHAT THE TRUTH IS,
because of all of their OWN deceptions, smoke screens, and out-right lies, they have told/covered up?
Simply put, Sheriff Jay Jones told these (3) Boy's Parents, (including myself) so many different countradictions within the 1st two weeks of this investigation, that THERE IS NOTHING THIS MAN has/can state, that is believable~!!!!!!!
When a Parent/Family Member would ask a very honest and basic question concerning their Child's Investigation, an answer would be given by Sheriff Jones, Captain Van Jackson, or Investigator Jordan, IMMEDIATELY~!!!!
The answer was spoken without thinking, or regard to accuracy, truth, or evidence~~~~~~as later when Parents considered these answers, None of the Lee County Officials statements, MADE ANY SENSE~!!!!
The deception came into focus when I, and the other Parents/Family Members questioned these Officials answers, and SUDDENLY, (because these same Officials got caught by their statements) and WITHOUT GIVING ANY TYPE OF EXPLANANTION, (mainly Jordan and Jones) did a "360 degree turn about" and come up with a totally different set of circumstances, and details, then they had previously reported concerning the events of March 26, 2004.
Let me give all of you, a few examples and invite the other Parents/Family Members, to do the same...........
1. Sheriff Jones stated: "the shooter drove down to the murder scene in his truck".
Afterwhich I asked,"Did you take tire impressions of the vehicles tires, to try and identify it to a vehicle, that may come into question"?
Sheriff Jones, without taking time to explain WHY HE CHANGED his statement, what evidence pointed to this change, suddenly within A FEW SECONDS , of making this PREVIOUS statement told me, "the shooter walked down to the dryed-up pond area".
2. In one of the Family Meetings, where Investigator Jordan, was in charge, I asked "What type of weapon was used to murder Daniel, Scooter and Jason"? Jordan replyed within a second or two: "A mini 13" (which is an assault rifle)
Knowing a small amount of gun types from my husband, I immediately replied, "There is NO SUCH WEAPON. There is no weapon named a mini 13".
In which Jordan replied, "You are incorrect, Yes there is"!
Thinking to myself, I WAS MISTAKEN, I went to a VERY REPUTABLE gun shop, and asked who of us was correct. I was told, I was...there is NO WEAPON CALLED A "MINI 13"~!!!!!
When I returned to the Lee County Sheriff Office with this information, Jordan replied, Yes I know...it was a "mini 14".
This conversation went on for several more minutes, and I was told by Jordan there was NO GUN FOUND, there was NO GUN CASINGS IDETIFIED FORENSICALLY, THERE WAS NO WITNESS TO SEEING THIS WEAPON, but the Sheriff's Office KNEW it was now a Mini 14~!!!!!!
HOW~~????
There had been No weapon recovered, no witness, and later when I recieved the ballistic report from the Alabama Forensic Science Lab, THERE ARE OVER 5 WEAPONS that are named as POSSIBLE TYPES, and then als
Yet Jay Jones used tax payers money to HAVE SEVERAL OF MR. VAUGHAN'S weapons tested after his "supposed suicide", that did not EVEN SHOOT, the correct ammo, that was used in this Case~!!!!
3. When I asked Investigator Jordan and later Sheriff Jay Jones, where the weapon used in the Boy's hiomicides, was supposedly to be recovered, I was given several different scenerios, that ALL HAVE PROVED UNLIKELY/UNSENSEABLE, AND NOT TRUE~!!!
1. I was told the weapon was thrown over the bridge into the Chattahoochee River, when Mr. Vaughan supposedly drove to Columbus Georgia, shortly after the homicides.
I asked if the Lee Couinty Sheriff Department had ANY DIVERS SEARCH FOR-this homicide weapon, used to murder my Son Daniel, and his Friends?
I was then told, No......Lee County DID NOT HAVE ACCESS, to a dive team.
I offered them a dive team, friends of mine who had offered their assistance, (and who dive professionally for Law Enforcement Officials) from Florida.
Then suddenly WITHIN THIS SAME CONVERSATION, the WEAPON NOW~!!!!! WAS NOT DROPPED INTO THE CHATTAHOOCHEE RIVER, it was DISMANTLED GOING DOWN HIGHWAY 280~~~~~from Opelika, Alabama to Columbus, Georgia~!!!!!!
GOOD GRIEF~!!!!!
on Hwy 80?
I then questioned if anyone of the Officials had FOUND DISSEMBLED GUN PARTS, along-side the road, of Hwy 280?
I was told, NO~!!!!!
THEN HOW IN THE HELL, CAN YOU MAKE THIS STATEMENT?
These are a few of the deceptions, and counterdictions I, myself have incountered while speaking to Lee County Officials. I can name off, several more. Like 20-30 more discrepencies, such as these......
Where the Lee County Officials, SIMPLY DO NOT MAKE SENSE, in their statements.
I witnessed several more statements/questions that Other Parents, and Family Members asked, THESE SAME OFFICIALS, with the results
of their questions, being very simular to my own results.
The disappointing and intolerable results of These (3) Boy's Loved Ones, are ALL VERY SIMULAR~!!!!!
Any time We, the Families-Asked Lee County Sheriff Department questions of the (3) Boy's, and later Mr. Vaughan's Case----THE ANSWERRS THEY GAVE AS FACTS, all of a sudden CHANGED totally to a DIFFERENT set of facts, ALL OF WHICH, was supported by ONLY their word, and ABSOLUTELY NO EVIDENCE~!!!!
THERE STILL IS NO EVIDENCE LINKING MR. VAUGHAN TO DANIEL, SCOOTER, OR JASON'S HOMICIDES~!!!!!!!!
Here are a few mopre trhings to ponder if you look and read through the public newspaper articles containing direct quotes, from Lee County Officials~!!!
1. How did Mr. Vaughan get discredited/dishonored and "supposedly brought before a Grand Jury" WHEN A GRAND JURY WAS NEVER HELD ......BUT~!!!!!!!! A "no bill ruling" decision was MADE PUBLIC, concerning Mr. Vaughan's guilt?
2. Why if Lee County Procecuters had enough money to test SEVERAL OF MR. VAUGHAN'S gun collection (which these guns did not even fire the same type of ammunition) DID THEY FEEL IT WAS A WASTE of Tax-Payers money, TO HOLD A GRAND JURY~??????
Guys, I need you all, and I AM BEGGING YOU ALL~!!!!!!!
Please DO NOT TAKE MY WORDS as the truth~!!!!!
PLEASE~!!!!!!! Re-read these articles "In Search For The Truth", reread the Opelika-Auburn News articles, and the Anniston, Columbus, and Montgomery articles, as well.
Do a little research of your own, and REPORT your findings PUBLICLY AT: The Weekly News, Comments, PLEASE~!!!!!!
THIS IS THE ONLY WAY, the State and Federal Officials can KNOW THE COUNTERDICTIONS, and deception, this Law Official Agency DID AGAINST, Daniel, Scooter and Jason~!!!!!!!

for all of your kind words about the articles I have written for A Search for the Truth. I myself think they weren't that great, in fact most people could have done a much better job of writing. I did what I could, I guess they passed and that is what counts I guess.
Debbi you know you can always and forever count on me to be there for you forever. Even after the day in which the TRUTH is finally UNCOVERED I will still always be there for you!! We have grown so very close almost like we are sister's and best friends how lucky can one get to have a special bond like we do? As for other information in previous articles including Newspaper articles Sherrif Jay Jones and Investigator Nick Abbett are well known for giving answers such as "likely" "Probably" "most likely" which ask yourself for just one second (that is how long this would take normally except for them evidently) how definate are those answers, they basically say "Guessing Here" may just as well be one of their answers because those are just guesses. They have never to my knowledge as of yet gave any concrete answers with any evidence backing up their answers. And lets not forget "Ralph Hall" ( my opinion here " A pimple on society's ASS")BEING THE FIRST ON BOTH SCENES , Daniels, Scooter's and Jason's. and then again first on the scene of Mr.Bernard Vaughan suposedly suicide. Now If I am correct here Sherrif Jay Jones and other Lee County Officials denied Ralph Hall being the first on both scenes , said it was untrue.. JUST A SECOND HERE!!! THERE WERE EYE WITTNESSES WHO SAW RALPH HALL BE THE FIRST TO ARRIVE AT BOTH SCENES!! SO AS I UNDERSTAND IT THEY ARE CALLING THESE PEOPLE WHO ARE WITTNESSES TO THIS LIARS!!! AM I CORRECT? (JUST CHECKED AND YUP I AM CORRECT THAT IS WHAT THEY ARE IN FACT SAYING OR IMPLYING MAY BE A BETTER WORD EITHER WAY MEANS THE SAME DAMN THING!!) The fact is not if they could or couldn't, the fact is that they didn't. You did do the best you can. Your best effort is all we can ask for.
Would I have done a few things differednt? Yes. But I was not available and you did things how you could or seen fit. For your efforts alone, I welcome any weekly updates you would like to contribute to A Search for the Truth.
As for the quality, though I would have done a few things different, that don't mean that you did things wrong. You just did them different. You didn't do bad at all. Any fine tuning would come with experiance. Don't knock what you have done, take pride in it. Your efforts and work is well worth taking pride in.
Though I have based this reply on you, I know Debbi has done a lot while I was out too. This comment also applies to Debbi as well.
Debbi's writing skills and her way of expressing herself has come a long way from the start of this article. She has done a great job and I for see her skills in that area only getting better as time goes on.

Yes, we do have several things in the "works" right now, it's just I can't really say what, because everytime I do.....and the Sheriff Department reads our blog, (like WE ALL KNOW they do) things suddenly get changed/disappear/or some bullshit excuse, is again made up to explain the latest questions, we have come up with.
But BE ASSURED~~!!!!!!
I have SEVERAL THINGS, in the works and they are all going to be happening, VERY SOON~!!!!!!
I have help in Georgia, Utah, Washington State, and Michigan, who are all working different angles of this Case, and who are now talking with Federal F.B.I. and A.T.F. Personnel.

I have atleast a year of hard work and many hours into this story and I acknowledge every bit that anyone does to help, including you Cindy.
I have NEVER attacked you for your spelling, excessive use of caps when you write or anything else, and I am not about to be attacked either.
I was working on the article for this week. It was delayed due to changes I wanted to make. Debbi sent me a lot of useful info that I thought should be worked into it for this week instead of just working on the topic I had layed out.
The article would have been complete and online in about an hour. I took a short break and checked the messages. I found one I didn't take too kind to from Cindy.
For Cindy and anyone else that would like to quote me in the future, please use the following:
"I am the one that started this blog before Debbi got involved. As much as I (and I am sure Debbi too) would like to thank everyone and anyone that helped along the way, I WILL NOT HAVE ANYONE ATTACKING DEBBI OR MYSELF PERSONALY ON THIS BLOG."
I am not in the habit of deleating anyones comments, but I have had to do it a few times over the course of this article. I also have baned a few from this article sense if started.
Of all people one of the last peoples comments I wanted to delete was Cindy. With all Cindy's help keeping the article going while I was out with my operations, I hate to have to put things like this, but my hand got forced with the deleted post.
The bullshit with these assholes like Jones and Abbett is childs play. It is all a matter of waiting for the right catch to come up, then they will all have their day.
As for me... I am not a joke like Abbett or Jones, I recomend not pissing me off. As I showed with the history of this article, I will not stop till I win, no matter how long it takes. It is with great thought and heartache that I
am writing this to all of you.
I THEVILLIAGEIDIOT / Cindy Meister have decided
to resign from any and all activity concerning this blog.
What I have not given up on is my helping Debbi Foster-Murphy in her quest of finding out who murdered her son
Daniel, his two friends, and land owner Mr.Bernard Vaughan.
However; any articles from now on will not be written by me,
also, I will no longer be posting any comments onto the blog.

It took me over (2) years, to even CONSIDER bringing these facts public, as I was too afraid someone else would be harmed, by my finding out "the truthful answers" to what happened to Daniel, Scooter and Jason.
Even thou, Ms. Sherri and I have had additional Children threatened, at least to this point,
NO ONE HAS BEEN HARMED, by my quest and journey for these (3) Young Men~~~~that is......UNTIL NOW~!!!!!

As for the threat of removing the article from The Weekly News...
You have not questioned my judgment prior to this situation. Yet you make a public comment stating how you will remove your story from The Weekly News due to this situation.
I was waiting to see what was posted publicly about this situation. Cindy's comment (the one that was deleted) and the one about removing the article from The Weekly News should have been sent to me privately and awaited a reply prior to posting them on a public area like this blog.
This is the way things of this nature was delt with in the past and everything was always worked through.

Fact:
The comment that was deleated by Cindy should have been sent to me via PM, not posted publicly. By posting it publicly it became a public attack and an effort to use my words against me.
Fact:
The actual delay on the article in question was not my re working it. The delay was due to links that Debbi told me she had to printed articles that I have not seen before. Over a week prior to the articles dead line, I asked Debbi to send me the links so I could use them for the next update. I still have not seen them to date.
Fact:
Debbi replied to me both publicly and privetly making it clear that she did not approve of my reply to Cindy. In a public reply, Debbi made it clear that she was willing to take her article from The Weekly News.
In a privet reply, Debbi made it clear that I had a way of profiting from this article in the long run and made it seam that I was in it for the money.
Fact:
I have never nor do I ever intend to make a dime off these boys. The only way I can prove this and show that my time was in it for the boys and not money is to setp off now without a dimes profit.
Fact:
Debbi seams to think that she can do this alone and commented to me privetly (via e-mail) about the ratings droping and how her and Cindy were the only thing keeping this article going as well as my business. Neither of them did a dam thing for my business and the only reason there was any traffic remaining while I was out with my operations was due to the position I had it in the search engines and the readers that were already with us.
Fact:
Debbi took a personal stand beside Cindy on this recent issue and took it both publicly and privetly. If Debbi disagreed with my reply, she should have called me and spoke to me. If I felt I was wrong after talking to her, I would have publicly said sorry.
Fact:
Debbi has very good intentions on things, but does not follow through on most things. She takes it close to the edge then stops. I do not blame her for this. She has her hands full and loses track sometimes. I have had this complaint about her from two other people as well. In those cases I followed up and completed what she started.
Fact:
Debbi made it clear both on this blog and in an e-mail that she was willing to continue this fight on her own, without my assistance. Debbi would not be at the point with this if it was not for my assistance and she will lose what ever ground she gained after returning to the way she was dealing with this prior to my getting involved.
Fact:
I do not think I am above making a mistake. If anyone ever feels I have done something wrong and approched me, I have no problem taking a look at what I did and acknowledging it if I was wrong. But when I am approched publicly, I will take an agressive action, like I am doind in this situation. This could all have been avoided by contacting me directly prior to going public with any problems. But that was not done by Debbi or Cindy. Therefore I will have to deal with it publicly.
Fact:
I went into partnership with Debbi on LovingHeartMemorials.com. The agreement was that I was to do the designing and Debbi was to do the marketing. I have many hours into the layout and the designing of the service as well as submitting it to search engines, yet there has been nothing done on Debbi's end to market it or assist in any way. Yet I have recieved many complaints from Debbi how things were not moving fast enough with the designing end of things.
I do not know how much time she expected me to put in before she would start investing her time. But what ever she expected was inproper. The time should have been invested equaly. This was the farthest thing from what took place.
Results:
Debbi stated on this blog that she was willing to take this story elsewhere. After stating that, I expect her to do it. I did not put almost a year into this for her to not even ask me why I was pissed off at Cindy's comment and just make a stand telling me everything she things I did wrong and how right Cindy was. That is one sided and I will not be part of that. If that is how things are, I have to think about if she is dealing with the boys situation like that as well and I just did not see it till now.
Debbi paid for the hosting end of LovingHeartMemorials.com, I paid for the extra software needed, business cards, targeted traffic, etc. Therefore we have an equal investment in it. Debbi will recieve full access to all files within one week of this post. At that time, neither of us is to make any changes to the current files and if either wishes to do anything with the memorial service we are to do it under another name and with a different hosting setup.
Debbi will have one week to back up any/all articles/comments from this article. After the one week, they will be removed from this service.
A Search for the Truth was a name that I set up for this story. I will continue using it as I see fit. I do not want it assoicated with this article or used in any way after the weeks time is done. Should I find it being used, I will deal with it in what ever manner I see fit.

Debbi demanded that I return all documents and photos related to this story to her within 10 business days. My reply is NO. Everything I was sent is a copy, I do not have any originals. I have my name on a lot of things that will remain in internet archives for a long time to come. I have to retain these items to cover myself should anything ever come back to me or should I ever be questioned on anything I wrote. This being a legal situation with this story and my making direct statments based on the documents I have on hand, I can not release them form my posession. Should Debbi wish to have everything copied and the copy sent to her. I will be happy to do so at her expence. I will not go through any additional expence for this story being that I will no longer be a part of it.
The archived copies of anything I have related to e-mails, postings, comments, etc on this story will remain mine to do with as I see fit.

As of this posting, I am no longer part of this story. Anything related to this story from this notice on has no relation to myself and/or my business. Should I use any thing archived after this point it will be only original work and copyright under either AKpcsales or YourDesign2 with a disclamer that I am no longer part of the story.

You should have called me instead of posting how you would be willing to remove the story from The Weekly News. As I said, I am not one to be pissed off. Stating that publicly without speaking to me prior has to have some reprocution. This is it.
I wish you the best of luck with everything and hope Cindy will stand by you and help you as much as I did.

I have read the post referring to me and/or our situation on lawmans message board, I have also read your post on your new message board.
Please be aware that once any/all articles/comments have been submitted to me, they become property of my service (YourDesign2/Akpcsales), please note the copyright at the bottom of the page for The Weekly News.
If you do not understand what took place, it is simple. I did not approve of the way Cindy took an approach to her point of view on the blog instead of e-mailing me directly. I was more then disappointed in you for jumping to her defense publicly on the blog and posting very clearly that you were ready to remove your story from The Weekly News. You did this publicly on the blog without taking the time to call me and ask why I took such a strong stand to Cindy’s comment. If you would have spoke to me first (no matter if I agreed or not with the out come), I would never have separated the story from The Weekly News.
Now as for your posting everything as an exact quote from The Weekly News:
You have a right to post exact copies of articles that were written by Cindy and yourself. Articles written by me are to be removed from your message board within 3 to 5 business days, or I will take action against you for copyright infringement.
You do not have permission to use any articles/original work written/done by me or submitted to me by third parties.
Exact quotes from The Weekly News main page (such as Article 8 (was lost) etc.) are also to be removed within the next 3 to 5 business days, or I will take action against you for copyright infringement.
I am not doing this to be the bad guy, however you did nothing through the course of the article to help promote the article and/or the site hosting it, yet you were fast to state in a public way that you would remove your story from The Weekly News without making any attempt to talk to me prior to going public with a statement such as that. You were also fast to accuse me of working the article for the money. Your story cost me money to keep going, never put a dime in my pocket nor would I ever have made a profit from it or wanted to.
Also I do not expect to see any additional comments posted by you and/or Cindy containing my name or I will consider it slander.
If you do not believe that I have a legal right to follow through with things as stated above or that I am not wiling to follow through, try me.
In the future, I recommend that if your working as closely with someone like you were with me and disagree with that person, you take it up with them one on one not publicly as you did with me. In our situation, if you would have approached things one on one, you would not be moving your story and would fully understand my reaction to Cindy’s post.
